Our fridge was dirty and had a dirty water bottle in it .. the TV remote was disgusting and they have a voucher for breakfast we were told to sit and the server would be around sat for like 10 minutes and not a hello or anything so we didn't eat . Hidden fee possibly with linen charges so I didn't sleep in the bed more on the bed .. the front desk customer service representative if you could even say that was not very friendly when we checked in didn't say hello . I like to book where I save money and this time I used Expedia vs my best Western membership also I earn cash back depending on what one I use I grab the benefits. For 170 stay somewhere else, we didn't use the pool due to the unfriendly service and I will be contacting Best Western as well. I stay in hotels with my children frequently enough and for the 170 dollars I spent I didn't get breakfast, a hello and could use that money elsewhere. Please don't stay here ... Sadly I don't recommend it and it is a beautiful building (they have a main and two other )
