Härlig totalrenoverad, fyrtvånings, enfamiljshus i hjärtat av Destin. Härlig stranddekor kommer att glädja alla! Detta fantastiska hem har fyra sovrum, två-och-en-fjärdedels bad och mycket mer! Rymmer upp till tolv personer. Fullt utrustat kök, tvättmöjligheter i stugan och separat matsal.


Detta gated Mainsail community erbjuder privata Gulf Coast, vit sandstrand ... vid Emerald Coast. Gå till stranden - mindre än 100 meter utan vägar till korsningen. Ingår är två pooler (en uppvärmd) med co-
ligger kiddie pooler. Strandservice för två (paraply och två stolar) tillhandahålls dagligen utan extra kostnad. Bekvämt beläget med tillgång till shopping, restauranger och underhållning inom gångavstånd. Tyst under vintermånaderna för en lugn tillflyktsort!

YTTERLIGARE Uthyrningsinformation:
* Deposition och betalning: $ 150 städavgift kommer att kvarhållas från depositionen efter avresa. 500 $ insättning för att blockera önskad tid, full betalning på grund av 60 dagar före incheckningen eller hyresgäster tappar deposition och tiden kommer att blockeras. Depositionen kommer att återlämnas efter utcheckning, utan att inga egendomsskador har inträffat. Avbokningar kommer att leda till att förlora deposition om det inte går att hyra blockerade datum. Avbokningar inom 90 dagar förlorar alla medel, såvida de inte kan omboka samma vecka. Alla avbokningar är föremål för en avbokningsavgift på $ 200.

Family vacation

Condo was as advertised. Short walk to beach. Very nice place and would book again. Master bedroom mattress downstairs not very comfortable, could benefit from a new one. Overall great place.

Spring Break

We had a wonderful time here. The property was beautiful and the pool wasn’t overcrowded. The beach access was a very short walk and the beach service for chairs was great. Whitest, cleanest, softest sand we’ve ever seen. The house was perfect for us and had all the amenities as described. The owner was extremely responsive and respectful. Would definitely come back hand stay here.

Amazing Beach trip

The house was perfect for our family of 9. Beds were comfy, location was perfect, house was cozy. The only thing I would suggest is be ready to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, spices, trash bags, shampoo and soap. However, we would definitely return again!

Couldn’t Ask for Better

Our family vacation went off without a hitch! The cottage was very spacious! We had plenty of room to spread out with our families. The beach was a very easy walk across the parking lot and didn’t have to worry about climbing/descending stairs at all, my parents greatly appreciated this! Location was perfect, close to all things food and shopping! And we couldn’t have asked for a better host! He was available within a very short amount of time to answer any questions we had! Thank you again for sharing your home with us! We hope to book again next year!

Hidden Gem

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location within the complex is ideal -- centrally located between two pools, sets of grills, and a close walk to the beach. The cottage had plenty of room for all of our adults, with comfortable beds and all of the amenities of home. We enjoyed evenings on the large back patio -- so peaceful and comfortable. We would definitely reserve this cottage again when visiting Miramar Beach.

Awesome Location!

The Drake Cottage is super convenient to everything including the beach! However, it is away from the heavy congestion of downtown Destin. The cottage was a perfect fit for our family and the proximity to the beach was awesome.

Location is key and this property hits the target. Short walk to the beach and shops needed such as Winn Dixie are right down the road. Chris was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. Nothing negative to say about The Drake!

Great location and home

Very nice home with many updates. The master bathroom was very large and nice. The house was very close to beach as well as many places to shop. We Loved their was an Alvin’s Beach store and Dollar store within a 5 min walk, outlets were across the road. Also the kids loved how close Chick-fil-A was. When we go back to this area I would stay here again. The only problem was it was so beautiful we all got way to much sun.

Nice place, good value. Property owner was very responsive and flexible when we had a travel issue. We enjoyed that the complex had multiple pools, and we could walk to the beach without crossing a street.

Amazing!!

This house was perfect for our family! Lots of room for everyone. We were a party of 12. 6 adults, 2 teens and 4 kids. The kitchen is hands down the best stocked I’ve seen for a rental with everything you could need and more for meal preparation. Comfortable beds (soft but supportive) which is a big deal to us. Lovely furnishings and lots of towels for the house and beach. Wonderful location!!! The best lot on the resort. Private and quiet! Just under a 2 minute walk to the beach. Loved the perks of the lounge chairs and Umbrellas for sitting on the beach. There’s a good restaurant and bar just .6 miles west on the beach. Communication with Chris great and always was prompt when I had a question or concern. We all definitely felt at home and enjoyed our stay. Will be back!!

Enjoyable place to vacation

Finding a place to accommodate 12 family members ranging in age from 3 to 71 is not always an easy task with a limited budget. No place will ever be perfect, but we had very few complaints. One mattress was much harder than one couple was used to at home. The upstairs bedrooms, particularly the one that receives direct sunlight from the balcony, would be more comfortable if they could be cooler at night. This property was clean and as advertised with all equipment in good working order. Overall, we were very pleased and plan to return next summer.

First family vaca

The location of the house to the beach is awesome,only a short walk. All the beds were comfortable and the house is well stocked. We had several issues with the internet and cable. We did not have cable for three days and never really had internet the entire visit. The owners were great to communicate but we feel that something in the property kept us from even using our cellular data,we could not use cell phones when searching without the use of WiFi. Chris was good to call the cable company but he issue was never resolved. The house is located close the Winn Dixie and across the street from the Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Our family enjoyed out stay at cottage # 41.

Pleasant stay.

Pleasant stay for our family with two little grandchildren. Close to the beach and walking distance to shopping center and grocery store. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes and cooking pots. The actual price is higher than what is advertised as it also includes other fees such as cleaning, service and tax.
