The property is beautiful, couple blocks from the beach and a ten minute walk to seaside. Bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas were so useful! Pool was perfect! We only had one issue WiFi was out for 3 days and due to holiday weekend couldn’t be serviced but other than that it was perfect! Plan to stay here in the future!

Nice little find just a short walk to 30A beach access as well as into the busy Seaside shopping/dining area. House was well maintained with everything needed for the stay. The heated pool was a savior on this Spring Break due to the cooler temps. Owner/management group was very responsive. Would definitely recommend.

This is our third time staying here. We love the house, especially with the recent updates to the bathrooms, the close proximity to the beach, and the private pool, which was also redone.
