We were in this condo for about a month, so had plenty of time to experience the highs and lows. While the unit appeared clean when we arrived, on closer look it wasn’t. Wouldn’t be a big deal for a few nights stay, but just gross when staying for a month and cleaning the bathroom yourself! Most “under the rim” dirt and mold I have ever encountered! All lighting in the main areas is from ceiling fixtures without diffusers. If you prefer lamps, bring your own! We moved the only one available from the second bedroom to the main area. The screen door to the patio area was missing. Bugs not an issue while we were there but can imagine that would be a problem later in the year.King size bed in the master was appreciated. However, its size blocked the closet door from opening more than about half way, making using the closet a challenge. And so many bruises on calves and shins from lack of space around the end of the bed.I don’t want to make this sound all bad. The beach was GORGEOUS! Spectacular sunsets! The interaction with the owner was excellent. The per night cost was fair based on the above analysis. We would not return to the area as a whole. This portion of Seagrove Beach is being filled with huge, upscale condos, townhomes and mansions.Great vacation spot for the top 1%. We learned our lesson.
