VÀlkommen till The Crescent, ett strandkomplex, belÀget pÄ Scenic Highway 98, i Destin / Miramar Beach-omrÄdet. Vi ligger inom gÄngavstÄnd till Silver Shells Outlet Mall och granne med Surf Hut.

HalvmÄnen ligger vid stranden, gated, 4 vÄningar komplex, med 2 pooler. Vi har en 4 500 kvadratmeter stor pool i lagunestil och en andra pool som Àr uppvÀrmd Ärstid! Se inte lÀngre ... paradiset Àr hÀr pÄ halvmÄnen. En unik och exklusiv lÀgenhetsort som ligger direkt pÄ stranden, i Mexikanska golfen, pÄ den lugna sidan av Miramar Beach. Denna takvÄning med tvÄ sovrum pÄ fjÀrde vÄningen har designinredningar, tak pÄ 10 meter, som endast finns pÄ enheterna pÄ 4: e vÄningen, tillsammans med anpassade gardiner och överkast. Med ett fullt utrustat gourmetkök med bÀnkskivor i granit för dem som Àlskar att laga mat! Booked property on VRBO. Had stayed at another property 2 previous times. This was by far much superior. Cleaner, more luxurious. Very private. Extremely satisfied with our choice this year.

Wonderful view!!

The Crescent is a beautiful property and room 416 definitely has the best view of the pool and ocean!! Everything was very clean and well kept and the stay was very enjoyable! The beach area was beautiful and not crowded since it’s a private area! We would definitely stay here again!

Great accommodations and location

We love The Crescent Condos! This unit was our favorite so far. 2 BDM/2 Bath. Master bed/bath was amazing! Very clean, amazing views!!! Had a minor maintenance issue but the owner was very responsive in staying on top of it to get it fixed! Highly recommend and we Will definitely be back!!!

Awesome view

This was our first time to stay at this condo and we were very pleased with the accommodations. The kitchen was stocked the best of all and we have been coming to the emerald coast for over 30 years. Beds were so comfortable and the view was beautiful.

Fantastic property super clean, everything works, best view in town, private beach what more can you ask for. Great restaurant next door if you don't want to drive after a day at the beach. And the best most personable host we've ever had in all the years we have gone to the gulf coast. Roxanne rocks you'll love the communication from her on day one.

Let me start off by saying Roxanne was amazing and answered all our questions. Check in and check out was very easy and convenient. Her condo was beautifully decorated and clean. No sand on the floors..the view was to die for. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots, pans and all other kitchen items. All the appliances were nice and in working order. The resort pool was never crowded and neither was the beach. The complementary beach chairs and umbrella was a plus. I honestly have absolutely no complaints about the condo or Roxanne
 The only thing I didn’t like about the resort was that there was no ramp to the beach for W/C, strollers, wagons, etc. and the wristbands the office provides do not stay on the greatest. However the condo owners do not control that and in no way does that impact my review for her condo itself. I highly recommend this condo and Roxanne you will not be disappointed. If i could give more than 5 stars I would. The resort was nice and clean also, and the fact that is gated was also a plus. I’m looking forward to our next trip.

Loved the property. Didn’t love the wristbands. It’s a bit of a pain to have to make sure you’re keeping up with them while on vacation. Number codes is such a better way to do what you’re trying to do.

Weather was perfect and so was condo!

We love the location of the Crescent! The setting feels very private with an awesome view of the beach while still providing the convenience of nearby shopping for supplies.(Plus restaurants, a book store, and several antique stores.) The condo is complete with everything you need; we especially appreciated the patio furniture on the balcony - the chairs were really comfortable :) Thanks Roxanne!!

Very nice and convenient!

We had a handicapped person and the convenience of getting to and from the room, beach, and pool was wonderful! Accommodations were clean and pretty. Great location to other restaurants, too.

The Crescent , Miramar Beach

The Condo is very nice indeed. Very well looked after and with a beautiful patio looking out over the ocean. Our host, Roxanne, was absolutely brilliant. From the moment of booking, months before our stay, to our time during the stay, Roxanne was so helpful and accommodating. I would highly recommend Unit 416 to anyone looking for a 2 bedroom Condo in a great location. Everything is so convenient and very close by.

Condo was nice, we like to cook breakfast and we had to wash all utensils,pots and pans before use. They were nasty. Everything else was fairly clean. Owner checked on us during our stay. Loved having a set of chairs and umbrella's included. Overall I would stay at this condo again.
