Friend time

Absolutely stunning!! From the moment we opened the front door & could see the ocean from the big bay window, we couldn’t contain our excitement. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, stunning views, well stocked & the convenience of a short walk to the beach you won’t regret staying here.

Quiet, Relaxing Stay

The property was nice. Very spacious with gorgeous view of beach from inside the townhouse. Loved that the beach was right outside our back door and was private. I was able to get beautiful surest pictures from the back deck.

Location! Location! Location!

This spot was so great!! It was so peaceful and so easy to go to and from the beach! Plus the private beach was great. The public beach nearby was packed so having our own space where there wasn’t a large crowd was great! The outdoor space to shower off our little kids made the beach so easy. Everything was clean in the unit and had everything we needed. The worse part of our stay was that we had to leave! The property managers were so quick to respond. The beach umbrella that was included was broken so we let the property manager know and they had a new umbrella at our door the next day. I cannot say enough good things! Highly recommend!

Stunning Oceanfront Townhome

I can not say enough nice things about this listing. We have stayed in several units in Sea Cliffs over the years. All wonderful but this unit was definitely a standout. Beautifully updated and well appointed in every aspect. We loved it so much, we are already booked for next year!

Hidden Gem

This place is amazing. Right on the water. You walk in and have an amazing view of the Gulf through a huge picture window. The kitchen is great and we cooked dinner every night. If you plan on cooking be sure to bring basics like oil and spices. We visited for fall break and our beach was empty while the ones on each side of us were way more crowded. We walked to the Blue Mountain Bakery every morning and the Blue Mountain Creamery every night. We've stayed on 30A for fall break for the last 5-6 years and this is our favorite place so far.

Great Stay

The place was very clean and updated. There was a weird issue with a light in a locked closet upstairs that would come on randomly. But it wasn't really an issue. The only thing that would have made the stay better would be to have the upstairs door hinges oiled so they didnt squeak and wake everyone up. But we would definitely stay here again.

Modern, clean, great location!

Condo is beautiful! The property management communication was great. My husband and two friends enjoyed the views, the beach just out the back door, and how close it was to walk to get ice cream, dinner etc. The bed was so comfortable! I haven’t slept that good in years. I wish I knew what mattress they had. Condo was clean, and the remodeling was beautiful. The walk in pantry under the stairs was cool… great storage! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this condo!

Fabulous Townhouse

Peaceful retreat

Condo was exactly as described. The switching out of the bunk beds to a queen was unfortunate, my teenagers refuse to share a bed, but thankfully there was a queen blow up mattress, so it worked out. Master bath shower is AWESOME. Mattresses were even better than the ours at home, LOL, we really miss those mattresses. Plenty of towels/toiletries. In the amenities it lists everything that provided. If it is not on the list, it is NOT there. Beach towels, bring your own, there are not any. Beach chairs were in good condition. Neighbors were quiet and the town was as well. Lots of good restaurants to choose from. We can't wait to come back! The convenience of being across the road from Blue Mountain Bakery was too convenient. We walked over there every morning for mimosa's (light on the juice and ice), cinnamon rolls, and GF/dairy free baked goods.

Stunning view

Everything you need and more. Steps to the water for easy convenience. I asked if they had a crock pot and the rep said no. He said he would have one there before we checked in. And he did! He emailed back very quickly answering questions. Extremely happy with the service he gave.

Beautiful Ocean Front

My mother, sister and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view from the private patio is amazing. The recent renovations on this property are top notch. Beautiful place!! I would highly recommend this location and will stay there again myself.

Cerro Azul - 5th Time Stay

We had another amazing week! The condo's renovations are beautiful! We missed having the twin beds but my kiddo loved the blow up mattress comfortability. The floor to ceiling sliding glass door allows for amazing views from the primary bedroom. The walk in shower room makes me want to renovate my current home! The Liv Vacations, the property management co, were great and easy to work with, Dustin was quick to respond to all my inquiries.
