Loved the location of this property and how quiet and secluded it was…yet close enough to all the beaches, shops and restaurants. The only issue we had was with an initial extra charge with a 3rd bike, but once it was addressed it was immediately corrected. Also, think our AC was struck by lightning during our stay. They immediately addressed the problem and fixed it while we were at the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Spot

Very nice place that was spacious and quiet. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and surprisingly short walk to the beach. Very easy to get to everything with great options from seafood to pizza. I highly recommend Seaclusion at Cassine Gardens!

Home away from home

The condo was clean and comfy. Felt like home. It was within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the beach and urgent care. Highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Great location, but needs a few issues addressed

Pros: 1. Great location (only 1/2 mile to public beach access) 2. Quiet and secluded location with awesome nature trails (bring bug spray for mosquitos) 3. No neighbors behind the condo so super private 4. No noise from neighbors 5. Comfortable beds 6. Newly remodeled kitchen that was well equipped 7. Condo was very clean on the inside 8. Full size washer and dryer (on back porch) 9. Many games and beach toys 10. Many thoughtful and convenient touches throughout condo Cons: 1. The front door keypad doesn't always lock. Required a few tries for it to lock (followed directions on keypad) 2. The bike lock code that was given at check-in was incorrect. Called the BeachWalk Vacations customer service, but they never showed up to reset the code. We weren't able to ride the bikes to the beach as we had planned. 3. Back porch wasn't cleaned, so the table, chairs and patio were covered in leaves and dirt. There was a dirty bathing suit from previous guests left on one of the chairs. 4. The furniture was comfortable, but was dated compared to other properties that we've rented on 30-A. The condo has been recently painted and has new plumbing fixtures. 5. The air conditioning ran constantly, but the condo was very humid inside. We set thermostat to 71. 6. The bathtub drain was very slow and got worse over the three days that we stayed. 7. The blender didn't work 8. The condo smelled of cigarette smoke even though it is a non smoking unit

Serene and Lush

We stayed 5 nights. It was 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was so well maintained and very clean. We enjoyed the pool, beach and walks to dinner and in the nature walk along the back of the property. We will definitely return.

Not great but not terrible

Property much dirtier than in other rentals we've stayed at. Porches dirty as well. Very sparse kitchen accessories. Communication 2-3x prior to visit with questions of whether the unit had certain items went unanswered - would've been nice to hear back so I wouldn't have had to pack those items. States there are two pools; not sure where the 2nd pool could've been hiding. Bike use was nice, upstairs kid room was cute. Added shower rod for beach items was nice.

Great little beach vacation home.

This was a great place to stay with my family. It was great to be able to bike everywhere and it was only a short distance to the beach where we spent everyday! My only complaints are that the shower upstairs didn’t drain properly and 5 of us had to shower standing in 2 inches of water. My other complaint is the pull out sofa was like sleeping directly on box springs. But they brought us an air mattress the next day. But again, not ideal or expected. Otherwise it was great and we would stay here again!

Seaclusion, indeed!

My mom, and my daughter and I enjoyed our spring break here! It was very peoply out by 30a, but it was quiet and secluded back by our condo. We played pickleball and hiked everyday. We enjoyed the beach and many local resteraunts. We could walk everywhere. The condo was beautiful and the perfect size for just 3.

Extremely quiet, peaceful even with spring break going on. The nearby nature trail is serene, easily walked, and well marked. Sea Clusion condo is comfortable well furnished but could use some updates.

Suited our needs. We spent most of the time with the family at another location so we just need a place to sleep. It was smaller than I expected but that was okay since we were gone all day. The price was right and the location was great, it was clean and comfortable.

Great location

Communication and check in was fantastic. At 1st glance everything was great, linens were nice and clean and the bed was great. The walk to the beach, restaurants and shops were close and convenient. We only ran into a couple of issues: the internet didn't work the whole 8 days even after getting permission to reset the router. To search for nearby site and what was around we actually had to go around the corner to a friend's house. Also when I went to place our luggage under the master bed it was filthy so I had to use the vacuum to get that cleaned up, we didn't use the closet because there was a funky smell. We also had to buy more toilet paper which was no problem but might be helpfulto know for others in the future. The downstairs screen door is broken at the bottom corner so it was a bummer that we weren't able to enjoy the beautiful rain and sounds of nature in the mornings or evenings. Overall everything was excellent and appreciate the owners opening up their home for others to share.

Wonderful place!

We were very pleased with our stay in this beautifully decorated place, just like it looks in the listing. It was very clean, quiet, and just a short walk to the beach in a very convenient location. We appreciated how it was stocked with all the essentials in the kitchen and the little things like plenty of towels, dish and laundry detergent, toilet paper etc. Plenty of room for our family of 4. We would love to return!

This Condo had everything we needed, Kitchen was very well equipped the door was a little tricky to get in and out of overall everything was wonderful unfortunately it rained most of the time we were there. There were crumbs on top of the refrigerator , cleanliness was very mediocre and the couch was well worn (sunkin down)needs update on furniture. But for the price in that area it was great!!!

Great stay

Where we stayed was very clean, well set up with all the necessities in the kitchen to cook! The area was nice and quiet and close to a lot of fun glances we got to try and very close to beach access! I wish we stayed longer!
