Couldn’t ask for more, beautiful place with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths fit our needs with 2 adults and 5 children perfectly, loved the ocean view from the balcony which opened from living room and 2 front bedrooms! Would definitely stay again!

Waterscape experience

Condos open to an indoor hallway like a motel. Stayed in a waterfront condo and I think it was 1/4 mile walk from the parking garage to the condo! I’m not exaggerating. Great pools for kids. Only 2 entrances to the pools and beach, so that required additional walking.2nd bedroom only had 1 nightstand and lamp, needed 2. 3rd bedroom had no nightstand, used the porch side table for a nightstand. Kitchen not large enough, could only handle 1 person in the work area. Coastal Vibes management was great, responsive to the air conditioner drain being clogged and dripping on floor.(that’s a common problem, not a huge deal)

Summer vaca

The property had a beautiful view of the gulf. Pools were easy accessible and clean. Watch the fireworks from the pier on Wednesday and they was beautiful.

Perfect Stay!

This was by far the best vacation we’ve had in a long time. Location to the beach was amazing and the pools were beautiful! Late night movies for the kids by the pool, while we grilled, was the perfect family fun. Double sliding doors in the living room opened to give a full beach experience. Any questions or concerns we had were met quickly and with great customer service. We had 4 adults plus 2 kids and still didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Definitely recommend this condo! We will stay again.

Amazing Property

We had such a great time during our stay at A201 Waterscape. We were able to get into our room a bit early, which was a surprise and let us get to the beach sooner. The floors felt noticeably cleaner than other properties we stayed out, which I noted immediately. The beds were also SO comfortable!!! I have a connective tissue disorder and persistent neck/back pain because of that. My parents slept in the primary bedroom and I was in the secondary room and my mattress was so excellent. I woke up with feeling like a new woman and I'm actively trying to speak with management so I can find out what kind it is to purchase one for my home. We had plenty of room for just the 4 of us and the location on the property was excellent as we were able to see when chairs were getting set up to grab some in the mornings. The kitchen was well-equipped with a variety of things.The patio was a great size and a comfy spot to watch the sunrise. The beach/water was gorgeous and fairly shallow for a bit, which was nice for my 4-year-old. He also really enjoyed ALL of the water features! We were in the lazy river, zero-entry pool, heated pool, and splash pad over the course of the week. The only downside I could find is it's a bit of a walk to get through the building and to the pool or beach, but something we got used to.Overall, my kiddo loved it, which was our sole purpose for booking this property and we would definitely come back again!

Great vacation! Would recommend!

Only negative comments would be that just a few things needed repair/updates, which were communicated early on during our stay A maintenance worker stopped by and attempted to fix what he could. Nothing that would ruin our stay, but it was nice that they attempted to fix what they could for our stay. Other than that, the condo was great and the facilities were excellent.

Spring break

Spring break for family and first time in Destin although we didn’t have good weather Destin beaches are beautiful the condo was perfect exactly as described and pictured. The pool area was great and beach area had plenty of chairs we would definitely stay again Easy drive to lots of shops and restaurants the harbor walk was the best. Main primary bedroom bed is super uncomfortable and needs to be replaced is our only complaint

We had two families stay together in this unit, 4 adults and 5 kids. We did not feel cramped and had plenty of room. We loved the ocean view! This was our third time at waterscape. Upon our arrival, we had some issues. Coastal Vibes management and a cleaning crew responded immediately and addressed the situation. I don’t know what the deal was with the cleaning crew but Coastal Vibes made it right. After the initial issues, we had a great vacation and would stay in this unit again!

Waterscape Retreat

We enjoyed our stay in A201 at Waterscape! We had 9 guests and the three bedrooms plus bunk room worked perfectly for us. The kitchen was very well stocked and having a large laundry room with extra storage was so convenient! We also had a stunning view.

Good stay, great location

Waterscape is a great area to stay at for families. Our unit had plenty of space, TV’s, beds and the owners upgraded the beach chair accommodations! The unit could use a touch up of paint/deeper cleaning and we still had coffee grounds in the coffee maker but on the plus side, great communication with the caretakers and check-in/out cannot be easier. They even threw in a week of perfect weather :) Doesn’t get better than that! Visitor’s book is extremely helpful.

Great view of the ocean

Condo has an amazing view of the ocean. Balcony is huge! Condo comes will all the amenities and has a great closet full of beach toys. Extra large utility room is also very nice and hard to find!

Perfect for a family of 6!

We loved how spacious this condo was! It was so easy to get to the pool and beach! Parking was a little confusing at first but we figured it out fast! Everything was super close! We will use this condo for all our beach trips.
