We had an amazing stay! The view was stunning! To wake every morning to a view of the water and watching the dolphins. We ate in a lot and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Communication with rental agent was excellent and answered our questions within minutes. This property will not disappoint for your next vacation. Definitely would stay again.

Such a clean, beautiful, spacious condo. This is our 2nd stay there. Fit 5 adults with no issues. Location is easy to find and peaceful. They included everything as advertised. The views are amazing. Watching the birds and dolphins from the balconies every day made it worth the stay. On sunny days the sun sets and rises are breathtaking. The beds were comfortable. Kitchen decently stocked. Didnt have salt and pepper or other little things like some places do so we got some at the store. Other than that, no complaints. The owner communicated well with us in a timely manner. We appreciated the hospitality and will make this our go to condo.

The condo was so comfortable, including the beds which is a huge thing. Well equipped, excellent decor, and very clean- and I am picky! Perfect for a stay for my husband and I, as we do not spend time in the water. Only detraction for some might be that there is a sand beach but it is edged with rip rap and you can't get to the water. If we came back with our children/grandchildren it would be a negative.

Best view in Destin!

We had a fantastic stay here. The view took our breath away when we walked in. The sunsets are unreal! We stayed with our 4 yr old and had an excellent time. It’s not specifically set up for children but it was perfect for our quiet kid. She had plenty of room to play and we felt safe with her. The neighborhood was so quiet which we loved and the few neighbors we met were welcoming. We spent some time on the beach which is within walking distance and the swimming area is perfect for littles to play safely. It’s off the beaten path so it takes a little longer to get to restaurants and attractions but that was part of the appeal for us. We wanted a quiet beautiful place to stay and this was perfect. I was able to get really fast responses from the owner as well which was fantastic!

The Perfect Place!

This condo was the perfect place for our weekend getaway. The condo is beautifully decorated and in a great location! We were close to restaurants, shopping, and all the activities that Destin has to offer. Last, but not least, the view from this condo was absolutely amazing. From the time you walk in the front door you will be blown away by the water view! The balcony is huge and there is a separate balcony off of the master bedroom. We will definitely be back! Water Views in all the Rooms!

This property is amazing. Huge bedrooms and living space. Floor to ceiling windows. A deck that covers the entire living space looking to the west. The condo itself is 1/2 of the west side of the building. We saw dolphins, pelicans, cranes, boats. The location is in a quiet part of Destin that is on the bay with no direct beach access, but you can walk to two beach access points within 10 minutes, one on the bay and one that has bay and gulf beaches. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Bday Weekend Location

We had a great time. There was a ceiling fan loose and they sent someone right away to fix it. We saw dolphins every morning right from the balcony. And fireworks as well. It was spacious, clean and well decorated. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked. Huge balcony. 30th Anniversary Trip

We walked into the unit and the view just took our breath away! We could not have chosen a more perfect place to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We were able to watch the sea turtles and dolphins playing right in front of the condo from the balcony every day that we were there. We walked to both of the public beach locations close to the unit. The unit was perfectly stocked with everything that we needed during our stay (plus some). The people that we spoke with in the lobby and in the elevator who actually lived there were so kind and welcoming to us. We can't think of a single thing that we wish would have been different and we would love to stay here again in the near future!

Girls trip

The condo was perfect for our girls trip. We saw a lot of dolphins, sea turtles and stingrays from the balcony of the condo. Loved the view from all the windows. We will definitely stay there in the future.
