Be sure to take advantage of the included beach service during the warmer months for your sandy excursions! When you want to explore, The Boardwalk is just under two miles east, and central Fort Walton's shops, restaurants, and amenities are just over two miles away.

Enjoy the ocean breeze with your coffee from the comfort of your private balcony, then step inside to make some breakfast when you get hungry. You'll find an open layout, coastal decor, and all the comforts of home. The full kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and all the gadgets you need to whip up your favorite recipes, or just a snack for the beach. Grab a bite at the window-front table or step back outside and dine alfresco on the balcony. After a day in the Florida sun, cool off in the central AC while you refresh the day's beach clothes in the washer/dryer. Spend the evening relaxing with a little TV or use the free WiFi to post the day's pics to social media. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
