The location of this condo is ideal - near the pool and near the beach. Walking distance to the little store. I appreciated having enough bath towels, wash cloths, etc. Also appreciated the fan in the front BR since there was no ceiling fan. However, the unit needs some TLC; the ceiling fan/light in the living room wasn't controllable. The fan was on too high and the light didn't work at all. I was able to recharge the battery to control the fan speed but not the light. The manager got us a lamp. The outlet behind the dresser in the front BR didn't work; plugged light and fan in the outlet behind the bunk beds. Paint is peeling in the kitchen over the sink (or maybe in the master bathroom?) One suggestion: it appears you have a washer/dryer hookup in the dressing area outside the master bath. If you put a stackable washer/dryer in there, this unit would be heaven! The pay-to-use washers and dryers did not work most of the time. You might consider written instructions on how to use your TVs. There were several remotes on the table. I believe the storm Tuesday evening knocked out your internet (and thus streaming service.) The on-site manager went above and beyond trying to resolve the issues. Also, you should disclose that the Aqua Villa complex is NOT pet friendly; pets can NOT be walked on complex property, nor the beach. I think your HOA should consider using one of the green spaces on the east or west end of the building as pet-friendly space.

I think the property is nice. Pool and beach access are awesome. The pool is large and kiddos have room to enjoy the fun. I do not like to have pets on the property. Some of the dogs were large. The washers and dryers were not working on any of the three floors while we were there. Our group had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

50th Birthday Trip

Everything was amazing! The unit was decorated beautifully. The kitchen was well stocked and the location could not have been more perfect. My only recommendation would be blackout curtains for the bedrooms. We will most definitely be returning in the near future!!

great host

nice condo. convenient for pets. very well decorated and our host was attentive. I am sure it is hard to run a pet friendly rental especially when many people don't clean up after their pets. a small area close by that pet owners could take dogs to potty would be a big big help. maybe thats been tried and didnt work. not a big deal during the day only in the wee hours of the morning. not complaining and we were happy with what was offered.

Cute and well stocked!

This condo is absolutely adorable and the location is great! Went down for a long girls weekend and were very pleased with the location and amenities! Property was very clean and the kitchen is pretty well stocked! Even the kitchen knives were sharp. There is no ice maker but there is a store across the street to buy a bag. Two small beach chairs and an umbrella were there for us to use but there is also a beach service attendant at the beach if you’d rather have it. In the midsts of a crowded beach, the area in front of this complex is not nearly as crowded. The complex pool is clean, deep, decent size, but not heated. There are steps to an elevated platform with a table and chairs right outside the condo door. Great spot for coffee and sunrise or sunset dinner. Keyless entry was very convenient. The owner was responded quickly to all of my questions. This condo was great for our weekend away without kids but would also be great with kids. Already planning a return trip with the fam!
