Njut av ensamheten av rymliga, orörda, vita sandstränder tillsammans med en spektakulär utsikt över det smaragdgröna vattnet i Mexikanska golfen.
'Med. Walton / Okaloosa Island valdes nyligen ut som den första stranden i Amerika av USA Today-läsarna och valdes ut för sjätte året i rad som den bästa stranden i söder och toppfamiljedestination av södra levande läsare. '

Vår unika planlösning med ett sovrum med våningssängar i hallen kommer att sova fyra till sex bekvämt. Denna rökfria enhet i Gulf Dunes Condominium Complex är smakfullt inredd. Det är beläget på andra våningen (faktiskt den 3: e nivån i komplexet) och har keramiska plattor på golvet, en king size-säng i befälhavaren, inbyggd hallen kojer och en drottning bäddsoffa. Fantastisk fri utsikt över havet från vår balkong. Vi har en DVD-spelare och höghastighetsinternet. En tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns också i enheten.

Interiören i vår lägenhet målades nyligen. Dessutom installerades nya bänkskivor och skåp.

Speciella fastighetsfaciliteter inkluderar: 426 fot från Gulf Front-paradiset, frodig tropisk landskapsarkitektur, privat dyn-övergång med dusch, två säsongsmässiga uppvärmda pooler vid golfen och tennisbanor. Strandservice ingår också i varje hyra mellan 1 mars och 31 oktober (2 stolar och 1 paraply).

Okaloosa Island är bekvämt beläget två miles från Fort Walton, sex miles från Destin och en kilometer från det nya Convention Center.

I took myself on vacation. Back to the Island. Love it here. This unit was clean, directly on the beach w the outdoor pool just below the balcony. The room is directly off of the elevator & close to everything. I’m looking to book again for the 2026 season.

Great location

This property has a great location and is located perfectly. Within the condo unit itself, there were some concerns (ceiling water damage that appears to have been there for a while, broken drawers, not enough silverware, 3 clothing handers in the closet, overall the unit felt dark - needs additional lighting throughout. Ceiling dusk and what could have been mold or mildew.). I would stay at this property again, just not this specific unit.

Perfect Beach Spot for Kids

This was our first time going to the beach with our 2.5 year old adventurous son! The condo’s bunk beds in the hallway were perfect for storing luggage (top bunk) and for our little one to easily find us in the night as it’s located directly next to the bedroom. Having a kitchen, washer & dryer, and a place to go recoup after long beach days was essential for our toddler and us! The room came with chairs via beach service; those boys worked hard the entire 7 days we were there. The pool was the perfect reprieve from the beach. The location on the water had beautiful clear tides and was close to many great restaurants in walking distance whether it be from the beach or the road. Honestly if you are a a family of 3-4 this condo could feel full quickly, especially with kiddos leaving things about, but the pullout couch and balcony offered more comfortable attributes to the condo. The room is located in front of the elevator - which we were not bothered by. I would definitely consider staying again next time around!

Nice Place to Stay

This is a nice condo - however I think it should be noted that this unit is right beside the elevator - which is right beside the bedroom. When you have rude guest coming and going through the night it is impossible to sleep. There is also alot of lighting at this location, so the room never gets dark. The condo was well stocked with supplies and linens. It was clean, except for the outdoor balcony area. The concrete area was very dirty. The chairs and umbrella service provided on the beach was perfect. Very short stroll on the walkway to the beach with a shower area. There is a restroom area downstairs in the garage area for easy access from the beach/pool. The pool is not large but sufficient. Plenty of deck area with chairs for lounging. This area is under the watchful eye of a lifeguard and they patrol the area on four wheelers.

Everything was perfect EXCEPT the BED!

My husband has back issues and the Master bed was like concrete. The condominium was clean, furnished as pictured..... but the mattress was horrific. It was so bad that he slept in a bunk bed in the hall! We will not return to this particular unit, unless the mattress has been replaced.

Great condo close to the beach

Overall the condo is great and very close to the beach and elevators. The only thing I provided to sunset resorts is that in my opinion the master bed was too hard as were the pillows and I felt they should replace the mattress and pillows with new ones.

Pool closed no one told us

The location is great, the apartment is very nice. Unfortunately here are all the things we did not enjoy about this place: 1. They were doing work on the balconies which meant one of the pools was closed; the workers started early around 8am grinding and banging hammers, so that meant early morning for all in our vacation. As far as I am concerned from the million emails they sent us before arriving there was no mentioning of this. 2. I get that they are trying to provide a good service, but I received about 20 emails from the day I booked to the day we left, plus some more after we got back home. 3. The wifi is horrible, we could not connect either of our phones or iPad to the internet, and when it did it was extremely slow. 4. They are SUPER strict with their rules, I felt more scared at using and moving things around the apartment thinking that there was going to be a fee for that. 5. TV in the main room worked the first day, then it stopped working. Over all, I only recommend this place for the awesome location, The fact that there was construction work during our stay, and we were not advised beforehand was a really bad move on them.

Great vacation stay, as usual!

This is our second vacation staying in unit 206 at Gulf Dunes. We enjoy the laid-back atmosphere of the area, and feel so comfortable in the condo. Everything is provided for our stay - all kitchen items, bath/laundry, anything we needed was there. The unit was perfectly clean upon arrival. We feel at home when we stay. I do want to commend the people at the other end of the "help line"; I had attempted to change the door code to a more personal one (with instructions clearly written on how to do this being provided), got it all messed up. Made a phone call to the number provided in our welcome packet, and she was able to immediately reset the code. We highly recommend this unit, and we will certainly return for a third stay.

Great week's stay!

Condo was very nice and in a good location. Beach chairs and umbrellas put up every morning and not crowded together. Unfortunately the shower and hose on walkway was not working so the pool was being used to wash off sand and seaweed but this was no fault of the condo owner. The elevator was never a long wait. The condo is stocked well as described but no coffee filters for our first morning left by previous renter. We left extras. The king sized bed is very comfortable. Couch and chair were both comfortable. Wifi worked great as well as TV's. We will miss our breakfasts on the balcony seeing dolphins in the beautiful water. We would definitely recommend staying here.
