Welcome to Waters Edge 308. This beautiful beach condo faces the white-sand beaches of the emerald cost with amazing panoramic views. Okaloosa Island is one Florida's top beaches and for viewing dolphins or catching that perfect sunset, you cant get a better seat. You will enjoy your own private balcony, spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, private laundry machines.
The third-floor balcony features modern outdoor furniture and offers views overlooking the beach, pool, and courtyard. Adjoining the balcony is the main living space, complete with a convertible sleeper sofa and smart tv for a relaxing start or end to any day. Preparing your favorite meals and drinks is a breeze in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The master bedroom offers an upgraded king bed and smart tv for a perfect nights rest. All living areas and bedrooms share a private wifi connection.

Beach access at Waters Edge Resort is user-friendly with minimal stairs and rinse area. The beaches of Okaloosa Island are as pure white as beaches get. The sugary soft sand is found nowhere else in North America, attracting visitors from all areas of the world. Wade in the crystal clear water of the Gulf of Mexico. This stretch of beach is part of Florida's Emerald Coast, stretching from Panama City to Pensacola.
