LOCATION:
Located Just 10 Minutes from Destin, Florida, Waterscape sits in the middle of Okaloosa Island which is conveniently placed directly on Fort Walton Beach! There are over 50 different restaurants and attractions within a 5-10 minute walk, or a 5 minute drive!!

B218 is a 1 bedroom suite handicap accessible condo with a TRIPLE bunk house for children only (weight limit 150 lbs)! It is located in Waterscapes B building on the 2rd floor and is also a ground floor level that steps directly out to the upper amenities like the splash pad and heated pool. The patio faces East (an inside facing unit) where you'll get to be apart of the upper pool action. A few steps (about 30 to be exact!) to the resort style pools and exclusive Waterscape beach!

SLEEPING ACCOMODATIONS:
Sleep like a baby on our cozy king sized bed. The comforters are an accommodating medium insulation. We have plenty of extra blankets and throws on those chilly beach breeze nights.
Extra sleeping accommodations can be made on the sleeper pull-out sofa bed or the triple bunk beds for children only (weight limit 150lbs). Hotel quality curtains block out the light nicely so you can keep catching those highly sought after ZzZz's!

The adorably built separate bunk area is located right off of the living area. It's superb at keeping the kids feeling safe while also having their own getaway area.

WATERSCAPE AMENITIES:

(HOA requires wristbands to be worn for pool area use, updated for 2025)

-Beach chair rentals and excursion options available through Dulce Vita beach rentals, or free chairs available for you to use in the condo. Details on this will be in our online guidebook that we send out once all payments have been made and within 30 days of your arrival.

-Peak season Fireworks at the pier every Wednesday night! (Memorial Day week until August).

The bunk area is designed to attract the children! They'll love the cute snug spaces of the bunks (weight limit 150lbs). Pack n play also available.

Winter Snowbirds
B218 is steps away from the heated pool, making this a prime spot for long winter stays! We offer special discounts for our snowbirds staying a month or longer.

-no bookings under the age of 25 allowed. kids and young adults must be supervised inside the unit at all times.
