🛑 VERY IMPORTANT FOR BUILDING 2 GUESTS
From October 22 to approximately November 7, 2025, the roof of Building 1 will be replaced. While your condo is not directly affected, some construction noise may be noticeable. The good news: the new roof will be installed using adhesives over a thick concrete deck, which helps significantly reduce sound.
From December 8–19, 2025, the 🏊‍♂️ pool and 🌉 beach crossover will be temporarily closed for scheduled repairs. However, guests will still have easy beach access 🏖️ via the public walkway 🚶‍♀️ located just next door to the east—we’ll have a 🚪 gate open to make this route simple and convenient.
