    The Space:

    Waterscape condos are located on beautiful Okaloosa Island, which is famous for its emerald green waters and white sandy beaches. This resort was constructed as a U-shaped property to house the “heartbeat' of the facility; the tropical oasis and pools. Waterscape condos has a two tiered pool deck separated by a 10-foot waterfall. The lower pool deck includes a large zero entry pool with spray toys and lily pads for the young at heart. The resort's lower pool deck features a long lazy river for you to float down on resort inner tubes. The upper deck houses a seasonally heated pool. There is a children's splash area on the upper pool deck that features toys for toddlers and a covered play area for maximum sun protection. There are two hot tubs located in the tropical oasis for your relaxation.

    All registered guests staying at Waterscape will be required to wear the

    RFID wristbands provided. These wristbands are mandatory

    for access to all Waterscape amenities.

    Please note:

    ● Wristbands must be worn at all times when using the amenities.

    ● Guests without wristbands will not be permitted access.

    ● Wristbands are provided only for the number of registered guests

    and cannot exceed the unit’s maximum occupancy, all occupants

    count toward max occupancy regardless of age

    ● Guests must provide the exact number of occupants in order to

    receive the correct amount of wristbands for their stay

    ● A $50 non-refundable fee per wristband will be charged if any are

    lost or not returned at checkout.

    ● Children 5 and under are not required to wear the wristbands

    ● Wristbands are not required for beach access

    new system to enhance security and guest experience at Waterscape. If

Pros: The 2 bedroom condo was massive. Great layout. The view from the balcony was very nice. the BBQs in the pool areas were immaculately clean. Washer/Dryer was extremely helpful allowing us to travel there with just a carry on. The on site amenities were very good for every age group. The beach was simply amazing. The on site staff where friendly, a special shout it to Raquel at the front desk who was always helpful when we had a question. The online staff were also quick to respond to questions and when you spoke to someone on the telephone, they did their utmost to help. Cons: The mattresses all needed to be replaced. When you pay good money, you expect a decent night’s sleep. These mattresses ran their course some time ago. The couch also needed new cushions, it was sagging to the point where it was no longer comfortable. The general upkeep of the condo was decent but it definitely needed some TLC from the owner. Simple grout cleaning and some fresh caulking would make the world of a difference. Same with the balcony, it looked worn and dirty. The BBQs in the pool area needed some new burners or maintenance -they didn’t burn hot enough. With a little bit of elbow grease, this condo would go from a flat 3 out of 5 to a 5 out of 5.
