Had a great week in Summerplace 3BR 3Ba condo!

We had a group of 10 stay here and everyone loved it. On-site management staff were very helpful and friendly. 2 Pools, hot tub, grill, gym, location, parking are all awesome. Good value for the money.

Our granddaughter had national dance competition at the convention center and this place was perfect ! The condo was nice & perfect size for us. The pool access was great & pools were awesome. The locations to things was good not to far away- I liked the size of the complex, not too big !

Friends for fun!

Great condo for our group with the three and three set up. Bathrooms could use some help with better shower stalls… doors or better curtains… Great fact that it came with two chairs per day for the stay!!! I hope to get this place again! Host were on point with my questions…we did our best to assist with cleaning up when we left.

Amazing views

You couldn’t ask for a better view. We saw stingrays playing in the wave, dolphins and manatees swimming by. The only negative I have is that the master bedroom bed needs to be replaced. I was sleeping in a bowl. The couch was not very comfortable to sit on. So a little updating and this would be the perfect place !

Needs a new mattress, carpet and a deep clean - otherwise nice!

Could be cleaner and more stocked with useful items like a cooler, beach chairs, etc. - we flew down and could not bring these items with us. The master bedroom needs new carpet and the mattress is really soft / saggy. Great location and solid condo - just needed a little more TLC

Annual FL trip

The property was very clean and kitchen was well equipped for the little cooking we did. I will say that the living room furniture was very uncomfortable and worn. The beds in all 3 bedrooms were uncomfortable and you could see the dips through the bedspread. The location was great but the condo certainly needs an update for the money charged.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the condo and location. We had plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs although a toaster would've been nice. I really only had a few complaints and all were housekeeping/maintenance related. 1. No linens for the sofa bed. I called management and had a set of sheets within a couple of hours. 2. Living room furniture was worn with several stains on the couch. 3. Last guest did not run the dishwasher and apparently housekeeping didn't check it. Kind of gross. 4. The pool on the east side was really dirty. Other pool much cleaner. Even with these issues I would definitely stay again. Maybe a heads up to housekeeping. If not for these concerns I would've given it 5 stars.
