The Space:

This spacious 6000 sq. foot house features a private heated pool & hot tub, private balconies, two living rooms, large open kitchen with two dishwashers, and a foosball table.



FIRST FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, large kitchen/dining/living room, laundry room, and half bath

SECOND FLOOR- 1 king bedroom with private bathroom, 2nd king bedroom, bunk room, living room, kitchenette, full bathroom

THIRD FLOOR- 2 king bedrooms with private bathroom, 3rd king bedroom, bunk room, full bathroom

Pet-Friendly/No restrictions

Minimum age requirement - 25 years old

The pool is gated:

Guest Access:

This home does not have an elevator, and guests will need to climb stairs to be able access the different levels of the home.



Getting Around:

There is a boardwalk straight out to the beach from your private pool/hot tub area.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was beautiful, perfect house for a family birthday celebration vacation. Access to the beach was great. We loved the pool. Management was very quick to respond to our needs. We loved it.

Beautiful property!

Great place to stay! Perfect location with easy access to the beach. The house was very clean with plenty of space. We were able to rent beach chairs and umbrellas and they set them up right in front of the house. I would definitely stay here again!

Birthday Weekend

This property is spectacular! I booked it to celebrate a milestone birthday for my wife, and had her parents, 4 of our 6 grown children, 2 daughters in law, one son in law, and 2 grandchildren. The gathering spaces are great, but plenty of space to get away for some quiet time if wanted. The pool area is really nice, and access to the beach is fantastic. We’re already planning a return trip!!

Very good!

A few things: The property could use towel holders/hooks near the entrance of the house from the pool area. Also, a few bathroom showers did not have any soap or shampoo holders. You have to leave it on the shower floor. Overall, very good stay and I would recommend to others!

Fantastic house with room for the whole family. Loved the private pool and easy access to the ocean. Only drawback was the upper rooms were hot. We bought fans to help alleviate the heat. Overall - great time in Florida.

Beach Fun with some helpful hints

The house is huge, and extremely clean! We stayed with 2 adults 2 children (6 and10). The host was responsive. There was plenty to do around the area. I really liked renting a pontoon and going to crab island. The Harbor walk village was fun at night too. The drive Destin is only about 15 min. The beach here isn’t the clear clear water as in Destin but it’s still nice. You will need to bring shampoo and conditioner they do not supply this. The are a lot of stairs (no elevator) so if you have elderly or handicapped in your party it would be extremely hard to bring your suitcase up the flights of stairs. As in the pictures you are sharing the building (Duplex), so if you like extreme privacy may not be your choice. There was construction going on 2 houses down and had a weird burnt plastic smell most of the day up by the pool area. Overall we had a good trip and would return.

Perfect location for team building work trip

Beautiful, spacious property with gorgeous beach views and easy access. The hosts were very responsive and easy to work with. The property was perfectly setup for us to have room to discuss business, take individual meetings while also socializing and getting a chance to relax and recharge. I absolutely intend on staying at this property again in the future.

The house was amazing, great view, just beautiful. All we needed to bring was the food/beverage. Everyone had a great time in the pool. The beach access is perfect. This was money well spent. We're actually thinking about coming back for 2025. The owners were spot on. If I had a question they responded back in a timely manner. Overall, it was a great experience, can't wait for the next adventure.

Family Spring Breakers

The house is stunning and our family had a wonderful stay. We had 4 cousins, ranging in age from 8-12, and 7 adults, and more than enough space. My husband commented that we could have another family staying with us and we wouldn't feel like we were on top of each other. Location is terrific. We walked down the beach to the boardwalk a couple times. The beach is beautiful and staying right on the beach cannot be beat. Heated pool/hot tub came in handy on cooler days. Property management company is super responsive and polite. On the day of our arrival, our grocery order was delivered before check-in time (even though was scheduled for later time.) Sent a quick note through the app, and they had housekeeping bring groceries in and put away cold items no problem. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.
