Our beautifully decorated condo comes with a complete kitchen which includes dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, blender, toaster, top stove and all cooking utensils and table wares. This condo is furnished with a king-size bed and two sleeper sofas. There is a cable TV with a remote in the living room, and a  TV with a remote in the bedroom. Washer and dryerh is on-site at the development.

We are set up to  accept last minute  reservations at a day notice.

This property is  professionally managed by the owners. This property has  a  WIFI AC thermostat and door sensors to attempt to prevent AC malfunction if  doors are  left  open with AC on. Front door  has a WIFI lock. After hours check-ins are accommodated by the owners. Children less than 18 years old are not to be left unattended on the property at any time.

This vacation getaway is  set up with a starter kit that features soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, towels, dish towels, linens and blankets.

This is  the  property to  fall in love with!  We are  walking  distance to some great restaurants like Stewby’s Seafood Shanty and Old Bay Steamer. It is  about  5 minute drive from Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park Near the cool boardwalk and Okaloosa Pier. Property has 1 great with a basketball and Tennis court. We are a phone call away to assist in anything you need .
