The living area includes matching sofas and a large, cable-equipped TV, while just beyond the sliding glass doors, you can enjoy the fresh air and Florida sunshine on your furnished balcony.

Overall very nice for a good price

Pros: The place was clean, had room for two couples and luggage and privacy, a gym, hot tub and pool walking distance to the beach. Great location. Easy check in. Cons: there was NO toilet paper when the four of us arrived. We had to go buy our own. The hot tub jets did not work. Kitchen was not super well equipped (no salt or pepper, no oil or spray, no spatula.) I’ve stayed places with kitchens before and usually they have at least salt and pepper, canola oil or spray, and a spatula so you can make eggs. I will say they had pans and utensils and such but not what you need for a basic breakfast, which is why people choose a kitchen in their rental. Anyways, I would definitely stay here again, the pros far outweigh the cons and the view was lovely, these were just minor frustrations I think could be improved upon.

Clean but could use a few things

Overall the property was clean when we arrived. The full bed in the guest room was very comfortable. The other beds were ok. The unit is convienent to the stairs and elevator. Partial view of the beach with the surf obstructed by sand dunes. Furniture was functional. Counties and cabinets were upgraded. Other things like the tubs were worn but clean. Cons: -Flood light from the Hampton Inn shone into the guest bedroom and the curtains didn’t fully cover the window. This could be fixed with larger and thicker curtains. -Guest bath tub stopper was broken and master had no stopper so we had to give our toddlers showers. -Bathroom counters are taller than standard. Our 43” child who can normally reach the sink couldn’t. If you have young kids being a stool. -Kitchen had limited silverware and bakeware. Overall if we got a decent rate on this condo I would be willing to stay here again.

Affordable beach front

Beautiful location and affordable place to stay. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a nice meal. There are places nearby with great food as well. We recommend AJ’s and Fubar Pizza. The condo is very spacious and tastefully decorated. We extended our stay because it was so nice and relaxing.

Nice place in Ft. Walton

The beach was great and the room fit our needs perfectly. The included beach chairs were a nice extra. The coffee pot wasn't working the first morning. I text and there was a new one waiting when we came back after lunch. I definitely would recommend.

The 2023 Beach Bash Extravaganza

I wish the place wasn’t as close to the Hampton, because my boss could hear us partying from her hotel room. Other than that is was a great Stay. 5 star recommend for all work trips.
