Great Condo and Resort

We have been to Waterscape two other times and this condo was exceptional. The floors and all rooms were very clean, which is very important to us on these trips. The balcony view included the resort pools in the interior and the ocean.Parking was easy and getting down to the pool/beach was relatively quick, with an elevator right down the hall. We visited all of the pools, the beach, mini golf across the street and the gulfarium a short drive down the street to see the dolphin and sea lion shows. Would highly recommend this unit for others and will be on our list for next time.

Great stay

Cleanliness is important to us and it was nice to come to a clean condo (have had bad experiences in the past at other places). Communication was convenient. Great place to stay for our spring break with friends. Pools were great and the sand is so white and soft and the water is so clear! Would recommend.

Perfect stay for family vacation

We loved our stay at this property. Very clean place and host was great with communication. The complimentary beach service was a great amenity. I would highly recommend this place to anybody with kids, our son loved the splash zone and lazy river. We will definitely be back!

Great Condo / Location

Everything from start to finish of our booking/stay/checkout was easy. The condo itself was beautiful, recently updated, and had a nice starter set of essentials provided. The provided beach service of chairs/umbrella was a great benefit! You will be glad to have a periodic break from the sun! We did have a slight issue with the AC but once reported there was quick response and resolution to the issue. Waterscape is within a close distance to several restaurants, attractions, and shopping. We especially loved Boshamps in Destin, but definitely get there early! We had a great vacation and highly recommend this location/condo!

Best Vacation Ever!

Exceptional property great facility safe for the kids to play all week. Directly on the beach with beach chairs included. Condo was perfect, clean and had all new furnishings and finishes. Best vacation ever!

Great stay!

We had a wonderful stay last week! Condo was beautiful, view was great and it was very close to lots of dining options. Owners were easy to work with and gave information well ahead of time so we didn’t need to worry about anything. The only problem we had was that the master bedroom shower was clogged. My husband is a plumber and fixed it on the first day and we had no issue after that!

This property was pretty nice, I loved the fridge and how big it was. My three kids and I enjoyed our stay here. The only issues I had was the couch had some stains on it. Looked like someone spilled something on it and it wouldn’t come off. It looked yellowish from them trying to clean it and the pillows on the couch were dirty. Also the shower knob in the main bedroom is broken, every time I would try to turn the water on it would pop off and I would have to fix it, this was so annoying. Last thing in the main bathroom the hot water on the sink does not work. It was leaking from the base. Seems like they need to fix some stuff in this unit.

Best family resort

This was our first time at Destin area and we loved it. Very close to restaurants and only 15min from Destin main area. This resort had plenty of parking space, the apartment is as described, very clean and beautiful views of the pool and beach. Will definitely plan to come back again.

We had the best week!

This was our second time renting this condo! We love the location and view! It was clean and comfy! The only two things was we vacuumed out the edges of the bunk beds because there were crumbs and things all in there. The washer has mold in it. Otherwise everything was awesome!

Excellent Place For Family Vacation

Perfect getaway

We usually stay in houses for our vacations. This was our first condo experience and we loved it. The convenience of having the pools and beach within walking distance as well as the boardwalk with all of the restaurants was super nice. I have no complaints from our stay.

Family Vacation

This was our first time staying at Waterscape and we loved it. Property listing for unit A420 was accurate and we loved the condo! Owners responded quickly to the couple of questions we had at check in. Our 2 year old loved the kids pool area, especially the frog "fountain",and the bunk beds with her own personal tv. Mom and Dad enjoyed the short walk to the beach. We will definitely look to rebook this property next time we visit!

Amazing Stay!

We fell in love with Waterscape and the surrounding area during our recent stay. This unit was awesome! Communication with Lanny and Ann was great and they responded quickly when we had a few questions/issues. Getting around was a breeze as it's conveniently located from parking, elevators, pools etc. I loved the beachy decorations. The unit felt bright and fresh and was very clean. It was also well stocked with kitchen basics and dishes. My daughter loved the tv in the bunk bed area. It was great to have the tiki hut onsite for snacks and drinks. The splash pad and heated pools were amazing for the kids. The beach right off the resort is well maintained and we really liked that this rental included chairs and an umbrella! Some of our favorite restaurants close by were Stewby's (which is practically right across the street), Oasis on the Boardwalk for coffee (a quick 3-minute drive) and Rockin' Tacos (also on the Boardwalk). Waterscape is also right around the corner from Gulfarium. We would stay at this unit again in a heartbeat!
