We were put in a very worn room. We checked and found a bed bug in each of the beds. We told the manager and offered us an updated room in an area of the hotel that had more recently been renovated. However, we would have to pay extra! Pretty rundown.

I liked that it was available. It smelled bad, there was no phone in the room, there was no smoke detector, and that I had to pay for it seeing that I had already paid for a room in Marion when the location I searched in the Expedia app was Fort Wayne Indiana. When I should have been able to get a refund before I paid for another room in the same city as my destination.

The property seems to be in renovation mode but most parts of the property are below expectations. The elevator looks like it’s from 80’s. The first room given to us was not serviced at all, only the third one looked like it was serviced.

The new owners took out all of the best things that made the Travelodge a great place to stay! No coffee pits in the rooms! The breakfast was dry cereal and toast! Will not be staying there again!

This place is disgusting. Save your money and go somewhere else. It’s filthy the toilets don’t flush lights don’t work. The rooms are dirty. The air conditioners don’t work.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The room was seriously outdated and dirty to the extent that animal feces was found near the refrigerator. Freezer had orange-brown liquid frozen in the bottom. Bathroom had missing grout and caulking. The ceiling was cracked and bowed. The exterior walkway was crumbling. The sign in the lobby said the continental breakfast was available until 10:00 a.m., but there was nothing available at 9:05 and the front desk personnel were very argumentative and rude. Upon closer examination the beds showed clear evidence of a previous bedbug infestation. The property seems to be a temporary home for quite a few of the unhoused in the area, but that should be no excuse for the dilapidated, miserable conditions. The nearby Extended Stay Hotel where we have previously stayed was luxurious compared to this place. Unfortunately they had no vacancy at the time. This place brings shame to the name "Fort Wayne".

No spa no pool. Room was ok. Bed was comfortable. Noone at the desk had to call for them via phone. Chechout didnt get reciept. Noone came down when i cheched out.

The place looks nothing like the pictures displayed. The sheets had pee stains definitely were not washed. There was also hairs all over the sheets from previous people. To top everything off the toilet had feces left over from the previous people as well. DO NOT BOOK HERE.

They didn't have a phone in the room they didn't have the mini fridge in the room we had to ask staff for that and it still never came and then the staff came and knocked on the door at 7:00 p.m. at night and told us that they had to install a thermostat and I told them no and they forced their way

If you have to pay more than $30, go somewhere else. Toilet didn't flush all the way so had floaters all the time, the sink in the bathroom had the drain plug down and no way to get it out so that didn't drain, none of the channels on the tv worked, the remote was disgusting, I can't explain how sticky it was. Breakfast was supposed to go til 9 (even tho sign said 10 on weekends) I went down at 8:45 and it was completely shut down. Coffee was so clear you could easily see the bottom of the cup. Other peoples food in the room freezer, paper towels in the fridge, crumbs all over the floor, the bathtub just disgusting. The stairways are just terrible, the elevator is torn apart. Weird almost cigerette smell in the room. The place does not look like the pictures in any way. I didn't see any bugs so I guess that was positive.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This was one of the most horrible stays I’ve ever had. For starters I booked it earlier in the day on this site as it was a last minute decision, when we arrived it was late and there was no one at the front desk. I rang the doorbell twice and waited almost 10 minutes for the guy to come to the window. I tell him we are checking in and he asks for my ID I give it to him then he hands me back my ID and tells me it was going to be $85. I tell him I already made the reservation and made the payment. He looks and says he doesn’t see it. I show him the reservation information and he still couldn’t locate it. At this point it’s too late to go elsewhere my kids were cold and tired and we had to be up early in the morning. I tell him ok it’s fine I’ll cancel the online reservation and paid the $85. Get to the room it’s smells like smoke, light fixtures and outlets were broken, the plumbing was horrible the toilet kept overflowing, beds were super uncomfortable, the covers were thin and not suitable for that cold room. The walls were so thin every time the room next door left there room the walls would shake. We couldn’t watch tv because it said the Xfinity had no signal. The tv is so outdated that there was no way to stream. The room itself looked dirty. And to top it off I still have not received a refund from the online booking because they have to speak to the motel first and they are not responding. Also looks nothing like the pictures don’t be fooled.
