The 2 bedroom apartment was a definite plus. I didn't like the grounds, the washer & dryer was broke, the shower wouldn't get hot, unexpected 8 & 6 legged visitors, couch was very uncomfortable, strange amount of previous visitors hair all over the bathroom surfaces and towels. Live and learn....

Room was immaculate. Had all the comfort of a hotel room. But the addition of a kitchen and laundry machines made it easier to relax. Definitely recommend this if you need a place close to Downtown Fort Worth for a weekend.

We booked this 5 weeks ago and on the night of arrival we found out the place had been double book. My family (husband, myself, 3 y/o, and 4 y/o) had traveled 5.5 hours for an event. We had no where to go and due to this event VRBO couldn't even help. Host offered to move us 45 minutes away for same cost, which we picked this VRBO for the location in reference to our event. To say the least, we were very frustrated.

The grass (weeds) were tall and limbs need to be trimmed by parking area on left side. A/C was set to 80 and it was hot inside. And I get hot fast! Turned it to 70 and it finally caught up at night. I had to go buy a fan. Living room got warm as day heated up. No paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper do take some! No spatula to turn burgers. Tight kitchen. And the worst part was the flies! Killed at least 25-30. I saw them coming in around the door. I stuffed paper towels in holes. Door needs weather stripping! None of this was catastrophic! I got hot and flies were crazy but it was dog friendly so that was a plus! Would I stay there again? Yes but now I know the place! The beds are comfortable and it was quiet(except for the train that comes right next to the apartment). I did feel safe and the neighbors downstairs were nice!
