This beautifully remodeled home is 7 mi to Stockyards, FW Convention Center, Billy Bobs, & Sundance Sq. 11 miles to Dickies arena. 14 miles to ATT Stadium & Six Flags. Large fenced back yard, with 2 BBQ grills. Each bedroom has aTV, and one TV has 20,000 plus games on it. 2 twinbeds are roll around singles. Ping pong,8’ Pool Table, blackjack table, Arcade Games, Weight Bench, dumbbells are in game room. Seasonal Above ground pool!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



The Space:

The home sits on a 1/2 acre lot and has a large fenced back yard. The hot tub on the back patio is always on and heated. The garage has been turned into a game room, and has AC and heat. There are 3 bedrooms. 1 king and 2 queen beds. There are also 2 twin rolling beds in the closet of the last bedroom as well as a mini crib. We also provide a pack n play and high chair.

The pool is serviced on monday mornings. We don’t do Saturday check outs.



Guest Access:

There are 2 parking spots in the drive way, a city ordinance for short term rentals does not allow parking on the street.



The Neighborhood:

Most of the older homes on this street have a 1/4 to 1/2 acre lots. It is close to grocery stores and a very nice fitness center.
