We were moved rooms 3 times in two days due to malfunctioning AC. The room got so hot the first night my kids were upset and sweating. The pool area was not clean, had bandaids on the floor, and soggy food.

Hotel fire alarm & strobes went off around 9pm, no fire but all had to exit the bldg. Found out the fire sprinkler system is faulty and then the fire water then was shut off, so no active sprinkler coverage for the rooms or building. Some of the staff was walking around each hour in the hallways for fire watch but were not trained and had no clue why they had to check each floor hallway and stairways. Breakfast......OMG, the what they called eggs were horrible and all juices tasted watered down, coffee was cold if there was any, and the kitchen staff did not keep breakfast stocked, then just shut it down while people were still waiting for it to be restocked so they did not eat. Lobby Staff was not someone i would want at the front of my buisness. Rude to all checking in or out, credit card reader stopped working so had to wait about 20 minutes with nany others to be able to check in, staff didnt even know what prices were for their food items available for purchase whike we waited to check in and had to wait for about 5-7 minutes untill someone text them of what to charge. Elevator really needs to be serviced, as it ratlled and made noises that made us use the stairs! TV operation was a quest as to how to watch local channels and could not find a guide. AC was on but didnt seem to cool down the room enough Indoor pool hot tub was the only item at this locaton that gave us some kind of relief. Just a sad place, and will not return to this property.

Pretty good OK stay for 2 nights
It was overall an O.K. stay for 2 nights. The building is nice and you can tell has been renovated. There was a lot of the chlorine smell in the lobby due to the indoor pool. Breakfast was OK. It was a bit bothersome for me that there was no fan in the bathroom. I was very excited to see that house keeping did come and make our bed, left us more towels and toiletries for our second night stay. That was without asking! So that was a huge plus for me!
The additional towels/toiletries by house keeping without being prompted. Thank you!

The plumbing didn't work and previous customer's trash was left in the 1st room given. The front desk changed the room immediately. The 2nd room was better but the bathroom still had the previous customer's old soap in the bathtub. Worked for the night but will not be staying there again.

Overall no frills whatsoever…. Not a direct reflection of Wyndham but still a reflection based on them being apart of the hotel…. But to sum it up horrible experience was put into a dirty room at check…. The next day I was supposed to be given a room change and that sadly never occurred… so “forced” to stay in the room I was put in… that night I was awakened at about 1/2am due to feeling ill, I woke up to see live and dead cockroaches EVERYWHERE I killed 3 living roaches and there were some baby ones I was unable to kill and was just also too freaked out to deal with so I didn’t sleep anymore AT ALL that night… then the next day was able to speak with the manager and although he was apologetic it’s still a business and cleanliness is a code violation and should be upheld to the highest standards which unfortunately at this location it is not…. I attempted to still work with them and went with the manager to try and reconcile the issue by doing the room change I was supposed to have done the day prior. Unfortunately upon me inspecting the other rooms the cleanliness was still a horrible issue… the place is just infested with roaches it has to be the way they were dead in rooms and baby roaches crawling… I respectfully declined and just asked to be given a full refund due to the fact of them putting me in a dirty room at checkin and me immediately notifying them of the issue… I was then told that maid/cleaning staff had recently quit but had been doing a bare minimum job prior

Disgusting Check In
Our house flooded & we needed somewhere to rest for the night while repairs/cleaning takes place. Checked in only to find our room was disgusting! Dirty towels in bathroom, full trash bin in closet, broken furniture, no extra blanket, & hair within the sheets on the bed. Brought the desk attendant to the room to show him what we encountered. Requested a new room. This was something that we believed should’ve been automatic since he witnessed the uncleanliness himself. We were met with hesitation & told we had to wait because he had to text the manager for permission first. OMG! Really?? I said to him. After waiting some time for a reply from his manager, we were finally accommodated with a new room. Did a room check. & thankfully it was clean! Not the experience we hoped for after everything we had just gone through with our house flooding.

Needs improvement.
Upon walking in you could tell this facility was not the cleanest. Floors and carpet were not clean, the smell was musty through out the entire place and in our room. The air unit was so loud we hardly could rest. This place used to be up to par but note it’s just not up to par. The mirrors and the doors in the room itself were filthy the floor not vacuumed it could definitely use some improvement and housekeeping.

First night there- my daughter jumped out of bed after seeing a bug crawling on her bed- we turned on a light and there were more. I took a picture and went downstairs, we were moved to a new room- after that it was terrible nights of sleep- my daughter refused to sleep in the beds- and slept on the chair - not what we paid for. Our last night there- the fire alarm went off continuously about midnight- hotel was evacuated, we had to be up at 4am for our flight home. My sisters family was also staying there- I saw my niece waiting around the front desk because they needed toilet paper in their room - the guy at the front desk wouldn’t get her any- so I helped myself to empty the TP in some stalls in the lobby restroom. NEVER AGAIN!

Alex and Vanessa were very rude and inconsiderate. I tried checking in at 2 with an early check in but was tols they do not offer that by Vanessa, and to come back at 3. We were visiting my neice since she was having a rough time. I only wanted to show her a good time. When we came back at 3, I was told to have a seat for 30 minutea because they were doung a shift change. When I was finally allowed to check in, they said my neice was not allowed to stay with us, because the rooms were only for 4 people. It was me and my husband, 2 children, and my neice who is a child. They wanted me to pay for another room. I ended up taking her home after they went swimming. After we finally checked in we put our things in the room and left the room. Another patron informed they found bed bugs in their room which was room 106 and we were in 210. As i was checking the room, we found drugs and trash all behind the bed, like they never clean and their was alcohol in the fridge. It was diagusting. Then to top it off i signed for $50 deposit and they had took out $60. I tried to resolve that by letting them know of the clerical error and show my transactions from my bank, only to be told i was lying. This place is horrible, filthy and the staff lacks customer service. Will never go back and suggest everyone else to stay away
