Forth Worth getaway!
We had a great time, the house was spacious and had all the accommodations we needed! The owner was very communicative and helpful! Only downside was the pool wasn’t heated, but that was an oversight on my part when booking!

Amazing stay
We had an amazing stay! Kyle was great to respond quickly with any questions we had. The property is just as the pictures portray. There was plenty of room and amenities to make us feel right at home. Will definitely be booking on our next trip to the metroplex.

THIS PROPERTY WAS EVERYTHING AND MORE. THE PICTURES DO NOT LIE. THE HOME IS CLEAN NEAT AND SERENE. WOULD HAVE GAVE IT 5 STARS BUT POOL WAS NOT CLEAN BUT CONSIDERING THE TIME OF SEASON IT WAS FINE! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED BOOK NOW LIKE RIGHT NOW!

4th of July Family vacay
Our Family absolutely Loved this place! We are from Michigan but we were traveling from Arkansas to visit family, and our last stop was Texas to visit more family. The house was clean and had all the amenities you would love such as pool, jacuzzi, fire pit outside tv! Thank you Kyle for having us this place is definitely 5 stars I would definitely recommend ❤️

Great Family Vacation June 2023
We had a great time at this property. We enjoyed mornings on the back patio w/ coffee, TV, the sound of the water feature in the pool, and birds in wooded land behind the property. Everything we did (Stockyards, Rangers game, golf @ Whitestone, Hulen Mall) was about a 30 min drive. We used the propane grill multiple times while we were there. The layout of the house was perfect for the 4 adults and 1 teenager. I loved being able to keep up with laundry while we were there too. This house was very clean and well cared for. BUT.... the best part was the POOL. We absolutely loved the pool set up and were happily surprised by there being a hot tub too! We will be back.

Highest recommendation!
Strongly recommend this property for small groups staying in the area. Check-in was straightforward and simple. The property is well-maintained, clean, and very pretty. The amenities (e.g., washer/dryer, pool, hot tub, and garage space) were incredibly helpful and the property includes lots of equipment (grill, cooking supplies, and even kids’ items) that were useful during our stay. Our family looks forward to staying here in the future!

Very comfortable and just like home
This home was well equipped and very comfortable. The only downside is if you are looking for any sort of backyard, it is only concrete and pool. HOWEVER, there was comfy seating outside, a nice BBQ grill and outdoor gas fire-pit and gas heater for those cooler nights (which we did not need). The home had "nice touches" and the property managers were very professional & responsive to our needs. It was a little "out of the way" from Arlington, Fort Worth & Dallas and that was a PLUS for us!! A nice quiet neighborhood, gorgeous sunrises and a great place to relax.

Beautiful clean home
Loved the home - tons of space, comfy beds and couches, very clean, and amazing amenities like the pool and a fully stocked kitchen. Would highly recommend staying here if you’re going to the FTW area.

College drop off retreat
I was with my college daughter and her 3 teen siblings for college drop off. The house was close enough to TCU for trips to be convenient but far enough away that when we needed a break from the chaos and heat to dip in the pool or watch a movie on the comfy couches we could. Great home and very clean. Nice kitchen perfect for cooking breakfasts each day. Huge laundry area was good for washing sheets, towels and other dorm essentials. Thanks for a great stay! Go Frogs 🐸

Perfect stay!
This house is beautiful, the pool was awesome. The kids had a great time! The rooms were spacious and the property manager was fast to respond if I had any questions. So I would book this house over and over anytime I need to come to the area. Seriously, one of the best properties I’ve stayed at.

Awesome Client Service!
This property was amazing!! Kids loved the pool and the home was very clean. They also provided beach towels as well. I left my swimsuit there along with my granddaughters outfit and few toys of my grandsons and the owner mailed them to me pronto! She didn't even charge me! I think that in itself is the best customer service you can get!!!!! We highly recommend this property!!!!!!

Perfect for TCU graduation stay
This was one our best rentals. The house was unbelievably well stocked. We arrived late at night so it was such a surprise that there were drinks and snacks upon arrival. We were so busy that couldn't get to the store like I normally do but most things I would buy were already at the house. The house it's self was beautiful and quiet. It was so relaxing. We hosted a graduation lunch at the house and it was perfect for entertaining. They really thought of everything, down to the fluffy bathrobes. It's was such a nice touch. I wish we knew about this place when my son was a freshman at TCU , we would've stayed here every time we came to Fort Worth. We highly recommend for anyone who is staying in the Fort Worth area. This is close to everything but also quiet and relaxing.

This place was beautiful and accommodating.
The only thing I can comment on is the pool not being heated! The only reason we decided to rent this place was because Eid the pool. It was not heated and we could not swim the whole time we were there!
