When we arrived it was not quite what we pictured. We did communicate with property owner about the issues we found. And he said they would look into it. Other than that location was great neighborhood was quiet. And i would recommended this property owner again

It was great for my family! We definitely enjoyed the game room. It was great to entertain all of us in our downtime. We also enjoyed how spacious it is and everyone had their own space as well as plenty of family room as well. Each room had its own tv and that was a plus as well. The neighborhood is family friendly and felt safe. The host was very helpful and communicative. Overall 10/10, checked all of our boxes, and would definitely book again next time we are in the area!

Great stay!

My teenage children, my grown children and their spouses and I were very pleased with our stay. Location and host communication was great! Everyone had their own private area to sleep. My kids definitely enjoyed the pool table! Would certainly stay again.

Good communication with the owners. it was everything we needed. Honestly didn't even need a house this big. My daughter was showing horses so we came in every night at 9:00 and we're gone by 7:00 in the morning. She we enjoyed the pool table for a couple hours the last night we were actually able to relax for a few. it was snowing and ice everywhere, heat was good. Had everything we needed

When we arrived the house was dark, the walkway was littered with weeds that had been weed whacked. Bathrooms were old with rust and cracked molding. Bedroom closets had not one hanger, no blow dryers, tubs stained with rust. Curtains were stained in many locations. Floors were uneven, you couldn’t walk with socks on. Backyard was weeds and furniture soiled. I hope I can place pictures because we took many. This home was not what it promised. We were there so my sons and I stuck it out but, if it had been with my wife we would have turned around and went to a motel even a Motel 6 would have been nicer for the price. Stay away from this place. You have been warned.

Convenient and spacious

A big group of us all came into town for an event at Dickies Arena and we all had plenty of room here. The bathrooms look recently updated and all the common spaces were large enough for everybody to hang out and visit comfortably. The owners were very responsive and helpful and the place was only a short drive away from the event.

This house was so comfortable and affordable. I literally love the living room. My wife, my son, and I played pool and all the sticks were good. I really enjoy this house. It’s an older house but very comfortable. The neighbors actually came outside and introduced themselves. I felt very welcome in the neighborhood.

Great house for a family

Great house for a family. We would stay again. Not too far from the stockyards and a safe neighborhood. Only suggestion is the toilet seat in the main bathroom needs to be fixed and the house advertised a hot tub and there is no hot tub in the back. The house does have a pool table and foosball table. Overall great stay and we would recommend to stay if you are in the area.

The pro’s because my mom said if you can’t say something good don’t say anything at all.The house was very spacious, a/c worked great, great location, plenty of hot water. The cons:THE HOUSE WAS FILTHY AND POORLY MAINTAINED. The yard hasn’t been maintained in months, the front door glass is about to fall out, you feel like you are about to fall through the floor in several area, there was ring and stains in both bath tubs, very few towels, no extra sheets of pillow cases, the grease buildup on the vent a hood I could write my name in if I wanted, the kitchen drawers had dirt and hair in them, the dishes and cooking equipment was filthy, ( we ended up eating out because of the condition of the kitchen), the barn door between the master bedroom and breakfast area is hanging on by one roller, has a 1-1/2” gap on both sides. This house could be a really great place to stay if the owners would buy in some effort to clean and fix the several other items. Would not recommend at all until they do.In fact, we had it also set up to stay at this home for a week in January 2027 but canceled and rented a different home.

As a brand new listing I expected there to be a few kinks. I contacted them with a few questions and they were super quick to reply. I made a few suggestions that in my opinion would make this an even better experience in the future. I would absolutely stay here again.

House was nothing as expected. Not very clean. The refrigerator was dirty floor was dirty, looked like it wasn't cleaned after the last guests. Bathtubs had a ring of some kind of buildup. Big rat trap was placed near a big hole from the garage into the house. Cockroaches everywhere in the house. Places in the floor seemed to be rotting. Cobwebs in every corner of the house. Only one roll and a half of toilet paper was left for a house of 5 people. Overall just not very cozy or welcoming.
