Was very close to the stockyards, zoo and about 30 minutes away from the outlet mall. We had seven adults one got the couch but said it slept good. Loved our stay!

Space was accommodating. Owner was great at communicating. Location to the Stockyards was perfect. The artwork and effort put into the decoration of the house was perfect for us as a family from out of state.

The reason for my review is that I rely on them to make decisions on properties. We arrived at this property at night, which don’t usually do. The neighborhood in which the house resides is run down and seemed sketchy when we drove up to the house. The back yard was really unkept with odd things piled around the yard. The furniture was dirty and the umbrella on the table was ripped and faded. The yard was just not nice at all. I made sure to send a note to the owner and they offered to send someone over to clean up the yard in the morning. We declined because we didn’t really want someone cleaning up the property while we were there. We went into the house and it was clean but smelled weird. Overall I would say that the pictures online were taken when the house was newly put together for renting and some years has gone by since then. We considered only staying one night but went ahead and stayed the 2 nights we rented it for. It turned out to be fine. The owners were responsive and checked on us while we were there. We really were just taken aback by the neighborhood and the state of the yard. There was junk just piled around. We lit incense and open doors and windows to air the house out for a while. The a/c and heat worked great and the beds were comfortable. The proximity of the house to our event location was what was most important. We survived.

This property was clean, comfortable, and very well decorated! We had a weekend getaway to Fort Worth and this property was exactly what we were looking for! It is so charming and well-appointed with so many pieces of art and decor that all seemed to be made by Texas artists and authors. The layout of the house was perfect, and it is not too far from the sights you want to visit when in Fort Worth. The hosts were accommodating to our requests and responded to messages right away!

The area/street appeared extremely run down and not a nice place to stay for vacation. We did not stay bc we felt it was unsafe and sketchy. The owner has the inside fixed cute, but the outside is not taken care of and there is no way you would enjoy sitting in the backyard bc it’s so unkept. Communication was good except when we called to voice our concern. We had to just lose our on this one and check in to a hotel. The owner told us we had plenty of time to have researched the neighborhood and would not refund our stay, but did refund our cleaning fee since we didn’t stay.

We were in town for the rodeo. We had a fantastic stay. The owner was extremely accommodating and always answered with a quick response. The house was perfect for our family (6 adults) with plenty of room. Decorated beautifully. Would definitely stay again.

What a nice place to stay!!! The house was beyond charming! The neighborhood, while dated, was quiet, inviting and in a great centralized area for us. The host was excellent to work with. We could not have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend.

Livestock Family @ The Stockyard Exchange

We were in town for FW Stock Show and The Stockyard Exchange was a great place to stay! There is a lot of personality in this 3 bedroom house. It was fun to learn more about some of the antiques and unique decorations. It’s an older home with modern updates. Beds were comfy, coffee was stocked and it was conveniently located to many places while keeping us in a neighborhood setting. Our hosts were great with communication and responsive if we needed help with something.

We came to watch our Daughter compete on the Tongue River Ranch team at the FWSSR in Dickies Arena. The house was convenient to the arena making it easy to travel back and forth each day. The western theme of the house made us feel at home. I appreciated the quick and clear responses from the host.
