“The male man in the reception wasn't very nice at arrival. They must have a better person there The next day there were other at the reception who was much nicer. Also no elevator to the second floor when you have heavy suitcases.”

“bathroom was no good: broken receptacle plate, stained ceiling tiles - the room looked run down and unmaintained”

“The smell of the lobby is obscenely too strong. I couldn't stay in the lobby it was causing me a headache. Other than that unpleasant experience, it was a fine stay.”

“Hotel was grimier than the pictures (every surface your hand would touch has a brown grime/dirt and random dirty spots around the room itself and common areas) and the beds were awful - huge sinking point in the middle, not comfortable at all. Staff was super helpful and awesome. Pictures of this place do not do it justice. I would've stayed elsewhere for the price. Location was close to stuff but getting onto and off route 4 was a nightmare some days.”

“The room was the worst experience I’ve had. This hotel has lost its lustre and badly needs a renovation. The bath tub was stripping; the vanity was falling apart, wallpaper peeling off in the room and hallways; there are only outlets, no USB, no C outlets. Charging devices a nightmare. The keys were not working as well, many trips back and forth trying to get into the room. Breakfast on Sunday was very busy and only 1 person doing everything so there was a wait for coffee, bread, hot water,...

“Very nice little hotel, felt almost like someone's home. Big room, small but good breakfast. Easy to park the car. Recommend! ”

“There was free parking onsite, and the rooms were cleaned every day. Breakfast was good.”

“Surrounding hotels were out of power, this hotel had - great! Our room was more of an apartment which was great for the family! Good parking garage, great service desk - but the cleaning could do a better job. Bed sofa had used linnen, there was food in the kitchen sink that smelled bad when we got to our room and there was a tape from a user shirt on the back of the bathroom door meaning the cleaners didn’t clean behind the door or they’d seen it. With this said, I’d still stay here again! ”

“Nice location next to two good subway stations at 167st that take you everywhere in Manhattan and also Brooklyn. Good size rooms and amazing showers with perfect pressure. Decent breakfast. Free water, coffee and bagles 24/7 in the lobby. Perfect for New York tourist.”

“Värda 5 stjärnor med tanke på hur rent hotellet är, fick städning varje dag riktigt bra utbud på frukosten, personalen var mycket vänlig och hjälpsam, hotellets position i New York är toppen med bil. Återkommer gärna tillbaka.”

“Trevlig serviceinriktad personal. Bra med shuttleservice.”
