“Perfect location for exploring Old Quebec! Staff is fabulous and very accommodating. Love that they provided water. Guest lounge was a perfect addition. Continued access to the hotel on the day of check out when we were not leaving city until the evening. We were very grateful. Ooh almost forgot. The quaint picnic basket breakfast was charming and delicious. Also loved the walking guides - so well thought out. ”

“The property and staff were very friendly. The room was comfortable, clean, and the property very relaxing. The staff were very helpful and provided a sauvĂ© continental breakfast every morning along with espresso 24 hours a day. The backyard was not quite open yet but it was beautiful. The location is ideal, easy to get to and from old village and all of the sights but also off the beaten path enough to be peaceful”

“My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights on a road trip. Our whole stay was absolutely lovely. The location is great; everything is close-by and we had a stunning view of the upper old town from our room. “Elegant hotel near the Frontenac castle with a cozy brasserie next door. Confortable and cozy room. Very plaisant soft robe. Nice idea to offer a film session where you can choose the title from a list and you get the CD. Simple breakfast delivered at the door every morning which is practical if you want to sleep; however, a classical breakfast buffĂ© could be an alternative but the hotel does not offer it.
