Hotel.com svarade vare sig på telefon och hittills inte heller på mail. Pga problemet vill jag ha tillbaka pengarna för denna bokning. Detta är kriteriet på att jag ska boka ngt via hotels.com i fortsättningen.”

“Staff were working hard. They were nice and polite. It's not a go for a walk at night type neighbourhood. It's walk out the door onto the field close for tournaments. Works very well. A gated parking lot would be a huge win. But no issues at all. It's fully fenced. Breakfast was enough. We'll use it for tournaments 100%. ”

“Hotellet var lite slitet men fräscht och bekvämt. Vi blev uppmärksammade av personalen att området runt hotellet inte är helt säkert, bla kunde vi inte parkera bilen på gatan pga hög inbrottsrisk. Hotellet ligger nära spårvagnshållplats som tar dig in till centrala Portland, snabbt och smidigt och du slipper ta bilen in till stan. Dock finns det inte många restauranger i området, men området är under uppbyggnad.”

“I largely enjoyed my stay at the Heathman Lodge. It is a nice hotel with a bit of rustic character, unlike the dull and very formulaic chains. The room was comfortable and quiet and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately breakfast was not available due to some renovation work but there was an IHOP only 10 minutes’ walk away. “The owner allowed me to check in early with no extra charge. This retro motel is nestled in a nice neighborhood just off of main streets and freeways. The area is quiet and felt safe to walk around after dark. I was there for 5 days on business, and there are some great spots within walking distance.
