The house is located on the first floor of a seafront building, close to the numerous beach establishments in Fossacesia. Here, the convenience of walkable beaches mixes with the desire to party in the evening.



Exterior and parking: The reserved parking space is the true privilege for those staying in this location during the summer period. In the morning, the smell of freshly baked croissants from the numerous local bars will transport you to a guaranteed holiday dimension, take advantage of it! Enjoy your lunches and dinners on the balcony, accompanied by the changing colours of the sky that change based on the passing of time and seasons. Almost like an impressionist painting, every hour you will be welcomed by new shades.

The Fossacesia Marina seafront is a place that, with the arrival of summer, transforms into a true pulsating heart of life and joy.



Along the coast, the beach establishments come to life, offering all the necessary services to make a day at the sea unforgettable. Here you can find bars, restaurants, and mini markets.



And when the sun gives way to the evening, the beach establishments transform into meeting and entertainment places.



Fossacesia Marina is easily accessible by car, thanks to its strategic position along the SS16 Adriatica, which connects the main towns of the Trabocchi Coast.

If you travel from the north, follow the SS16 southbound and take the exit for Fossacesia Marina; from the south, follow the same road northbound. For those arriving from the inland, the A14 motorway (Bologna-Taranto) is the ideal option: exit at the Lanciano toll booth and continue following the signs for Fossacesia Marina.



By train:

The nearest railway station is Fossacesia-Torino di Sangro, located a few kilometres from the seafront. This station is served by regional trains on the Pescara-Termoli line, which conveniently connect all the coastal towns. Once at the station, you can use taxi services, local shuttles, or even rent a bike to reach the sea in a few minutes. From the station, you can also choose to walk on foot for about 25 minutes.



By plane:

For those travelling by plane, the nearest airport is Pescara (Abruzzo International Airport), located about 50 km from Fossacesia Marina. From the airport, it is possible to rent a car, use bus or taxi services to reach Pescara central station and then continue by train to Fossacesia-Torino di Sangro.
