The upper floor also features a half-bath and a full bathroom with a shower.
The living room area also includes a very comfortable sofa bed with an anodized metal frame to accommodate additional guests.
The home is equipped with a solar panel system for indoor heating and induction cooktops, as well as a charging station available for cars or other devices.
The surrounding outdoor grounds, which encircle the entire farmhouse, are completely private.

The surrounding areas offer a variety of attractions. One of the highlights is Urbino, with its marvelous and historic Renaissance Ducal Palace.
Also not to be missed are the various medieval villages—among the most beautiful in Italy—scattered throughout the Montefeltro Valley: San Leo, Gradara, Gubbio—as well as relaxing around our property or strolling along the trails on foot or by mountain bike.
The farmhouse, of course, is exclusively reserved for overnight stays in complete privacy, dedicated to relaxation, leisure, and enjoyment for solo travelers, couples, and families.
