Looking for a holiday between sea, nature and relaxation? Welcome to our charming holiday home located in Fouesnant, in the heart of the Breton Riviera, just a 5-minute walk from Cap Coz beach and the famous water sports centre.

Carefully renovated, this authentic Breton house combines the cachet of the old with modern comfort. You will enjoy a large covered terrace, a summer kitchen, ideal for cooking and sharing your meals sheltered from the sun or the small Breton showers, as well as a fully enclosed garden with gate, perfect for children.

Please note: From November to February, for monthly rentals, an electricity package of €200 is included, beyond that, the kw will be billed at the current rate, via a meter reading.

On the first floor, you will find:

* a bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower,
* a separate toilet.

Upstairs:

* a second bedroom with a double bed of 160 × 200 cm,
* a third bedroom with two single beds of 90 × 200 cm, perfect for children or teenagers.

Linen is provided – Travel light!

To ensure that your holiday starts as soon as you arrive, the beds are made before your arrival.

We also provide you with:

* one large bath towel and one hand towel per person,
* a bath mat,
* kitchen towels.

All you have to do is put down your suitcases and enjoy your stay!

The kitchen is perfectly equipped

The kitchen has everything you need to cook: oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee makers and plenty of crockery.

On sunny days, take advantage of the covered summer kitchen, equipped with a plancha, as well as a Weber barbecue to share delicious meals with family or friends.

For moments of conviviality, you will also find an electric crepe maker, a raclette machine, as well as a multifunction device for croque-monsieur and waffles.


You are a few minutes by car from Quimper city of Art and History, Concarneau and its walled city, Bénodet and its Casino without forgetting the Thalasso, Port-La-Forêt and its marina which houses the impressive racing yachts.
And a little further afield, you can watch the surfers at La Torche, visit Pont Aven and its art galleries, Brest and the Océanopolis, the Crozon peninsula, the Pointe du Raz, Locronan...
