Push open the entrance door and discover a spacious living area of over 50 m² occupying the entire ground floor. The kitchen, open, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything necessary to cook as if at home. For your breakfasts, you will also find a pod coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. Share your meals around the dining table for 4 people, or enjoy the outdoor terrace on beautiful days. In the evening, gather around the decorative fireplace, in the cosy living space, equipped with a comfortable sofa, a coffee table and a television. An independent toilet completes the ground floor.



Upstairs, two large bedrooms welcome you, along with a bathroom equipped with a shower and a hairdryer. The first bedroom features a Queen Size bed, a spacious dressing room, and a desk. The second bedroom is also fitted with a Queen Size bed and a storage wardrobe.

You will also benefit from a private garage to park your vehicle and store bicycles. A second car can be sheltered under the adjacent carport.
