Modern and bright, this fully equipped house has a garden, a furnished terrace and a barbecue to make the most of outdoor meals. Open the front door and discover a pleasant living space of nearly 30 m², bright and functional, with direct access to the terrace. The open-plan kitchen, modern and fully equipped (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher), provides you with everything you need to cook as if you were at home. For your breakfasts, a filter coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster are also at your disposal. Meals can be shared around the dining table for 6 people, and the lounge welcomes you at the end of the day with a comfortable sofa and a coffee table (the television is not operational).



The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms: two have a Queen Size bed (160x190 cm), while the third, with a bunk bed for two people, provides direct access to the terrace.



A bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a separate toilet, complete the accommodation.



A travel cot and a high chair are available in the house.



For your comfort, a washing machine, iron and ironing board are at your disposal. Two private parking spaces are available in the courtyard, and a shed will allow you to store bicycles or beach equipment safely.

A charging point for your electric vehicle is also available.
