The property
The house has 3 bedrooms:
Two on the same landing: one adult bedroom with a king-size bed and the other with sleeping space for 4 people (2 sets of 90-cm pull-out beds).
On the landing, there is a bathroom (shower) with a toilet.
A second, completely separate bedroom with its own bathroom on the first floor (shower) and a toilet.
Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine)
TV in the living room, Wi-Fi throughout the house.
The house features a furnished terrace with unobstructed views and a small, enclosed garden.
Sheets are provided free of charge.
One travel crib available.

Bicycle rentals are available (rental shop nearby), and there are numerous bike paths.
Plenty of free parking near the house.
15 minutes from Quimper and Concarneau, and 30 minutes from La Torche, a renowned surfing spot.

The house must be left clean and tidy, just as it was upon your arrival.
The €50 fee covers laundry.
If you do not wish to handle the cleaning yourself, please let us know; a €150 fee will be charged on the day of your arrival.
