Stay in a spacious and bright 160 m² accommodation, which can accommodate up to 6 adults and 1 child, ideal for family or friends' holidays. This house is located in town in a quiet neighbourhood, just a few kilometres from the beaches of Cap Coz, Beg Meil and Mousterlin. You can thus enjoy the beautiful beaches and numerous hiking trails at any time of the day! You will have a large garden and a 55 m² terrace, perfect for enjoying the sun from morning breakfast to sunset during aperitif. A plancha is also available for you to enjoy in the summer.



Upon your arrival in this house, you will discover a large living room with a sofa and television (the fireplace is not functional). The kitchen, open to the dining room, is equipped with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, and all necessary cooking utensils.

Also on the ground floor, you will find a first bedroom with a King Size bed (180x200) and a bathroom with an independent toilet. A laundry room is also accessible, equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

Upstairs, you will discover the three other bedrooms: the first with a Queen Size bed (160x200), the second with a single bed (90x190) (ideal for a child) and the last with two single beds (90x190). There is also a bathroom and another independent toilet.

If you wish to work from home, a study area is also set up upstairs.
