“Rarely, if ever saw any staff. Do have to say that the complimentary breakfast isn't much. Hot water (for tea or hot cereal) was always ice cold as was the coffee that they would put out. I realize you can put it in the microwave for a few minutes but if you're putting out pots that state Hot coffee or Hot water for tea then they should be just that HOT. otherwise everything is fine - I don't lounge around the hotel. “Stopped on our way from Chicago from Minneapolis for an overnight before playing golf and driving on. Average room, beds comfortable enough but loud a/c and traffic on the roads nearby thru the night. Breakfast as almost always in cheap hotels in the US - crap...including the all plastic experience...Glasses, spoons, bowls, plates etc...”

“I was not aware that the property did not provide towels and wash cloths. (I didn’t read the whole description. Lesson learned). When I called about it they directed me to a stash of towels in another building. He didn’t have to do that! Great customer service!”

“Everything very was clean, the pillows were decent, the reception was efficient and friendly, bed was so hard I think the carpeted floor would have been softer, there was some minimal noise from Hwy 61, but not too much, breakfast looked good waffle options and a good amount of fresh fruit, the curtains did not cover the windows enough to fully block out the very bright lights outside the hotel.
