Great communication with Phillip. He even took some kayaks to the property for us. One of the TV screen had a broken image and he offered to replace it right away. Beautiful and quiet location. My family had so much fun with the property, hot tub, pool table and dart board. Many great memories made!!!

just a note property is two bedrooms- it is located down a very steep driveway. It is in the words so be prepared for spiders and other creepy crawlers unfortunately the lake was down so low you could not enjoy the lake at all. Hot tub was very dirty. Kitchen is small, but overall it’s a super nice house and I would highly encourage you to visit. Very peaceful and relaxing.

House was great and had all that a person would need. Views of the river/lake do not disappoint and the hot tub was much needed after long days of hiking.

Great Place to Escape to!!!

This lake house was clean, easy to find, and the location was great! Proximity to Bowling Green and Mammoth Caves NP made daytime adventures easy and accessible. Even though it was winter, the lakefront location was relaxing and quiet. Definitely worth the trip.

This is an awesome property to check out. The river is almost like a lake, it's extremely beautiful and secluded. Often times we were the only people in sight, and could see beautiful lake birds like Hurons and Loons. Disclaimer: be comfortable with some muck/mud if you are swimming (or plan for alternative swimming holes)
