“The position of the hotel is fantastic. The staffs at the desk were helpful and their services were wonderful and appreciated . However there were dust and stain on furnitures and countertop and the the call reciever at the housekeeping was not so helpful in the beginning. Contemporary interiordesign, complementary coffe and tea, space and comfortable soffas made the lobby the main attraction at the hotel. The room was good. “Extended weekend trip to Chicago. Thompson Chicago has a great location in a neighborhood packed with restaurants and shops. But the rooms in the hotel are showing signs of some wear and tear. The restaurant and bar are currently closed for renovation. ”
