“Worst stay I’ve had in years! Room keys didn’t work. There was no blanket. The ventilation was poor. There was no water pressure. The room was decorated poorly and had no ambience. The bed was uncomfortable. It was just one of the worst days I’ve had in many many years and I travel a lot. I will never go to another Tru hotel, and I will seriously doubt that I will go to a Hilton as well”

“Everything was great! I had some questions about the check in process and the number provided answered me right away! The rooms were clean and so cozy. The sheets in the Sion Bass room are so soft. The jet tub was also incredible. I wish I had some more control over the temperature in my room, but other than that, a flawless stay!!!”

“I’ve been staying in hotels most of my 73 years. I’ve never stayed in one that didn’t have a clock with alarm, or in one that didn’t offer a cup of some sort in the bathroom for brushing teeth, etc. My room had neither of those things. To their credit, they sent me a text asking how my room was. I mentioned those things and when I got back to my room, there was an alarm clock and some plastic drinking cups. “The property was very clean and well-maintained. The room was spacious, neat, and comfortable, and overall everything was in good condition. I had a pleasant stay. One suggestion for improvement would be to provide an iron in every room, regardless of the room type (suite or standard), as it is a basic necessity for travelers. “I had reserved 3 rooms with double beds. But at check in, staff indicated since they were sold out there were only 2 rooms w a double and 1 room w a king. I made the reservation several weeks ago so should have been able to meet my request of 3 double rooms.”
