Breakfast was not fresh when I went downstairs on the second day. Juice machine was out of order. We went to Leo’s on the day we were leaving because at least it was edible. I stayed there for 2 nights, first night the people above us were just jumping and running around. I thought nothing of it and thought they would leave on the second day. From 8am-2pm the people above us were just nonstop stomping and I finally called the desk. She said she would get right on it and for a good two hours or so, they did stop but then it continued till after 11. I was annoyed and probably should’ve called again. I was sick and tried getting some sleep. Around 6am they were jumping around again that woke me up and then at 8am. I told the receptionist that I was very unhappy with my stay because of the excessive noise. All she said was okay, you’re all set. I’m definitely going to send a formal complaint to Hilton because spending $430 and some tax for two nights and not being satisfied is outrageous.
