Less than 2 miles from Bethany Beach, the Ocean View Beach Club features a premiere clubhouse that perfectly depicts the neighboring shore towns. Complete with a fitness center, an indoor pool, a resort-style outdoor pool area with a sundeck, a separate kids' pool, and multipurpose sports courts, this location offers an enriching coastal living experience for residents and visitors alike. Just steps away from the luxury clubhouse, the immaculate beach, nearby hiking trails, and the bustling downtown, this townhouse stay will prove to meet every vacation expectation.

Upon arrival, you’re met with open vaulted ceilings and an elegant living room furnished with comfortable sectional seating surrounding a large entertainment center with a smart TV for movie nights after days spent at the beach. Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity and a glass walk-in shower.

Bedroom #5 includes full-over-full bunk beds.

The home also includes a half bathroom with a pedestal sink as well as an additional full bathroom with a dual vanity and a shower tub/combo.

• All guests 6yrs or older must purchase a wristband for $38/week/person for use of all community amenities. This fee is paid directly to the HOA on site.
