In actuality you booked 4 rooms (not 7) with a 3rd party booking app and understated the number of individuals that would be in each room. 1 room for 4 individuals, 2 rooms for 2 people in each and 1 room for 3 people. If you had 4 people in each room you were undercharged as the policy is 10 additional for each person over 2 in each room. You were charged a 30 early check-in fee for all 4 rooms when it should have been 60 as each room checked in between noon and 3pm. All guest rooms have a 50 refundable incidental deposit. The hold is placed on your card and removed at check-out if there are no other charges to your room. All of your deposits were released at check-out. Additional towels, washcloths, soaps, etc. would have been provided upon request, however we would have then known how many people were in each room.All hotel policies are posted at the front desk including early check-in, late check-out, additional people in each room and incidental deposits.

We're sorry we didn't meet your expectations. All guest rooms have been totally remodeled in the last year. New flooring, paint, lighting, phones, beds and other furniture. All TV's have been replaced. We are waiting for the contractors to replace the hallway floor coverings.

Thank you for staying with us. The room charge was for 127.65 with a refundable deposit of 50 (177.65). When you checked out the deposit was released. Your financial institution may take a few days to process it. The refrigerator has been adjusted to a lower temperature. We are currently in year 2 of our remodel/refreshing of the property and are patiently waiting on delivery of new furniture for all of the guest rooms. Please check back. We'd love to have you stay with us again!

We're sorry that you were not satisfied with your stay. You checked in to the hotel (using a local address) at 4:00pm and checked out at 11:00pm on the same day. You requested a refund for a room that you had used for 7 hours. Hotel policy states no refunds will be issued after check-in and we do not do same day cancellations of reservations. You booked your stay through a 3rd party for 2 adults and a pet for 2 nights. When you arrived there were 4 adults. There is an additional charge for each extra adult per night. There is also a pet fee per night which you were informed of at the time your room was booked. When you chose to leave after the first night, your account was charged accordingly and you were only charged for one night. Each bed receives clean linens after each guest leaves. Shower curtains are changed and the bathroom is thoroughly cleaned. All of our rooms have been recently remodeled including new beds, flooring, lights, etc. If you would have notified us of any problems, we could have corrected them or put you in another room.

Your reservation was for 2 guests in a room with 2 queen size beds. Each bed has two pillows. Each room is initially supplied with 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and 2 bath towels. Extra pillows, towels, etc. are provided upon request.

Your room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children which is the maximum allowed in a room with 2 queen beds. To provide security for all guests we do not allow visitors for extended periods.
