“Had a Marvellous time - The staff make you so welcome and everything is catered for excellently- from breakfast to assisting with dinner reservations, places to see, the owner even went to get a razor and shaving cream from the local shop as I had forgotten mine, Champagne for our anniversary - I can not recommend this place enough it’s a place of tranquility and splendour.”

“Sad to leave but thrilled to have stayed at Akademie. However we do have unfinished business so we will be back, that is certain. Our room was just exceptional: spacious, well equipped and the staff fired up the balcony hottub based on our return time, you might think a hottub in the glorious weather we had, but yes…. To sit there for 30 minutes and just stare at the mountains and the blue sky above was magical. The breakfasts either served in the orangery of pool side were a taste bud delight....

“We fell in love with Leeu House. The staff were so friendly and so helpful - preempting our needs before we even asked. Going above and beyond to help us with reservations (including a last minute request to help us find somewhere to watch the sunset!). The grounds are absolutely beautiful, as are the rooms. Feels like a little sanctuary but still walking distance from all the best restaurants, galleries and the wine tram. Highly highly recommend. Only thing is we wish the pool was heated!”

“Prisvärt boende med bra läge som fungerade helt och fullt för våra behov. Rummen var fint inredda och i bra skick. Det finns dock inte någon utsikt från rummen, man tittar in i en mur alt grannens fönster. Men med fördragna gardiner känns det ändå ok. Det finns inte heller någon trädgård eller uteplats. Vi var fyra vuxna som fann oss väl tillrätta i våra två rum.”

“Absolutely beautiful place surrounded by mindblowing nature with mauntains, pond with fishes, and vineyards. The hotel is sophisticated, seclude and peaceful. Extremely spacious room and bathroom with two basins, shower cabin and bath tub. Big space, high cellings and a lot of lights! The personnel is kind, attentive and extremely helpful. Gavin, the hotel manager, is exceptional, highly professional and the absolute treasure. He surrounds the guests with the five star hotel care and shares...
