This is a wonderful house with lots of space and a great location in Franz Joseph. It had a well equipped kitchen, lots of space in the living room, and three bedrooms. There is only one bathroom, but the other spaces make up for that. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Host was very responsive and helpful; house was comfortable and very close to town so we could walk where needed. We did reduce our stay mainly due to poor weather and not a lot to do in Franz Josef

Comfortable, within walking distance of shop and restaurants, and easy access. Rooms were comfortable and kitchen well stocked. With short hikes nearby and loads of destinations at a distance we had a great time even in the spring rain.

The host had left a nicely stocked pantey. Beds and linens were very nice. Bedroom number 3 was a bit if climb, 4th floor, most of us on upper floors left our luggage on the ground floor bedroom. One thing we missed wefeany kind of electrical outlets with a mirroe close enough to dry hair or put on .makeup, none of floors had that.

Great location -quiet-close to walk everywhere. Home need's maintenance-squeaky doors, loose screws in the front door handle, light bulb in hallway burned out.

Gillade: Incheckning
Just a place to stay- not nice or cozy at all. We should have paid attention to the reviews that weren’t good, but as we aren’t overly picky people we thought those leaving bad reviews were likely exaggerating - they weren’t. NO nice touches and RUN DOWN. The host supplies next to nothing, no serviettes/ napkins, Kleenex or even salt. What was there was more than likely left by past travellers. Chipped dishes and literally every mug was chipped. Broken toilet seat, no garbage can in bathroom, check the kitchen cupboard with the staple items for bugs. Doors don’t all close tightly. Doors need new framing etc. Yucky feeling overall. The plus, it’s fairly large. Needs cosmetic update.
