  • This multi-level home nestled into the serene surroundings of Fraser, Colorado (the Winter Park ski area) boasts sun-soaked interiors and incredible mountain views - ideal for family and friends ski trips or unforgettable reunions. This mountain retreat sleeps 10 very comfortably in beds. With an easy drive only an hour and a half from Denver International Airport, this is the perfect mountain escape in summer and winter. And Fall is spectacular as Aspens surround the home.

    Ideally located for fun and recreation, you'll find Fraser Tubing Hill, Pole Creek Golf Club, and Winter Park Resort all within a seven-mile radius. Spend a day sledding or skiing down the wintery slopes, play a scenic round of golf in summer, or hike or mountain bike beautiful terrain all year. With Devil's Thumb Ranch just down the road - spend some time exploring their award-winning Nordic trails. The hot sulfur springs nearby are the perfect spot to soothe any sore muscles after a fantastic day. Taking a day to explore Grand Lake is always fun for the whole family. Lake Granby is very close to boating or fishing.

    Step into this enchanting getaway and be greeted by high ceilings, expansive windows, and two beautifully designed living areas featuring cabin decor. The natural elements and majestic views blend seamlessly so you feel right at home yet so far away in a gorgeous mountain cabin. Snuggle up on the large reclining sectional and cozy up by one of the gas fireplaces while streaming your favorite shows. Don't forget the hot cocoa, which is provided by this host! Even better, challenge a friend to a pool tournament on the lower level, where you will find, in addition to the pool table, a bar and a karaoke machine - as well as a complete additional living room.

    A well-appointed kitchen includes everything you need for effortless food preparation. Share home-cooked meals and lots of laughs at the adjacent dining table that seats eight. (Ten including the 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter). Should weather permit, utilize the outdoor grill for a barbecue and relax on the well-furnished deck in the cool mountain air. With three masters, this getaway is ideal for large groups or multiple families who can enjoy additional privacy. The bedrooms feel luxurious with additional smart TVS, comfy linens, and charming rustic accents, while a jetted tub in the spa-like bath provides pure bliss. After a day of adventure, step outside to indulge in a rejuvenating soak in the private hot tub. Or enjoy an evening cocktail on the Adirondack chairs and warm yourself by the firepit, reveling in the mountain views. This Sundance house was perfect for our family vacation in the Winter Park area. Spacious and beautiful, well appointed kitchen, and delightful deck setting. The fire pit in the evening was a big hit!We loved being “up the hill” and away from the hubbub, but also convenient to groceries and everything we wanted to do. The Thursday night free concert in the park was a fun bonus.Highly recommend!

We had the best time over spring break! The house is completely furnished, even the kitchen, and the location is so convenient to town, shops, and everything else. Perfect.

Wonderful experience. The owner is so nice and checked in with us to ensure we had everything we needed. The hot tub and pool table were a big hit with everyone. Would definitely stay at this property again.

What a beautiful home!

Winter Park Jazz Festival was our main reason for staying in this beautiful home in Fraser. My family of 10 enjoyed a really long weekend - the house was super clean and well furnished with every comfort you could imagine! We played pool, enjoyed the hot tub and sat out on the deck when we cooked on the grill. We also made a trip to Grand Lake - it was less than a 30-minute drive and had an awesome time on the boat. Thank you for having us, we enjoyed our stay!

We originally booked somewhere else and our booking got cancelled the day before we left due to the property manager double booking it, so we booked the is location last minute. The location is great for winter park/fraser area. The views from the house are amazing. Everything you need is there. This isn’t a “bring your own linens and toilet paper” place. They have all of the basic things you need. The entire place is comfortable and feels like home. Every bed, couch, the game room, etc. my teenage sons really loved the pool table. The only other thing we used was the hot tub, which was nice and relaxing. We would definitely recommend it, especially for groups that need some space. We want to thank the owners for sharing their home with us and thank Vacasa for their expert management.

Such a clean and beautiful home.

We arrived to an amazingly clean and beautiful home. There was plenty of room for my husband, me, my 3 adult kids and 2 grand kids. It had all we could ask for, as my husband and I love the hot tub and the others loved challenging each other at a game of pool. The owners are super easy to communicate with, very kind and accommodating. We always do our best at taking care of the homes we stay in, but the kindness these owners showed us made us want to do the little extras.

Wonderful Experience

The property was very clean and well kept. Communication with the owner was easy and always pleasant. Amenities were all in working order and we had no issues. We appreciated the 2 stall garage; we were able to park both of our larger SUVs inside. We also appreciated the close proximity of the trash bin, as well as the ease of being able to back large vehicles out of the property.

The most amazing house!!

I've stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and this one may just be the best. Everything was clean and orderly, labeled well with instructions. The layout of the house was exceptional for our 3 families traveling together as we each had a floor to ourselves to spread out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking, the hot tub was clean and in working order, there were extra snow toys and such in the garage - and more! Not to mention the host was responsive and sweet - thank you for allowing us to use your home! We had such a magical trip - my florida kids were in heaven in all that snow :-)

Best VRBO Experience Ever!

This is a beautiful home, with a great floorplan, and all the features and amenities you could hope for. It was sparkling clean and fully stocked with supplies The photos and description on the website are great, but it was even better than we expected. It is in a peaceful, beautiful neighborhood and it might be the best location in the neighborhood. The house offers beautiful views of Winter Park and Byers Peak. Cassie and her family were great hosts. Always available for questions leading up to our trip. Cassie was especially friendly and helpful in every communication we had. She and her family went the extra mile in helping us have the best Colorado Christmas Ski Trip with our adult children and grandchildren. We highly recommend this property and would certainly be glad to stay there again.

Beautiful Spacious Cozy Home and Amazing Hospitality

From the booking process to the hospitality and our stay, we could not stop raving about our experience! Cassie is one of the most welcoming hosts. She was super communicative and answered all our questions before and throughout our stay. This was our first big trip with our twin toddlers and we were nervous about all the details but Cassie went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable during our stay - even getting an extra pack and play + booster seats! We rented this house for our stay with our two kids and elderly parents - everyone absolutely loved the house. We enjoyed the views while spedind time together in the living room, relaxed in the hot tub downstairs after a long day exploring and could not have had a more cozy/comfortable stay. We are already sad to be back home and wish we could stay at Cassie's home waking up to the mountains everyday. We look forward to going back to visit and will definitely stay at Cassie's place!

Wonderful Family Getaway

First, I'd like to say that our large family only stays in vacation homes, so we have stayed in many throughout the years. This home is at the top of our list of stays! It's not only a beautiful home and a great location, but the quality of everything inside the home was fantastic. From the bedding, to the couches, to the cook ware, and the towels, everything was top quality. We appreciated having a stocked kitchen with the necessities, and all the extra paper goods and cleaning materials. It's really a hassle when you're on vacation and you need to buy extra trash bags or toilet paper or laundry detergent, but this home was stocked with these items and we were very appreciative for it. The location was perfect and in a quiet neighborhood and only a quick drive down the street from shopping or dining. The views from the deck were beautiful and the hot tub was great and private. I really can't say enough great things about this home. My husband wants to come back in the winter! lol

Can't say enough great things!

Can’t say enough great things about this home! Beautiful woodwork, great layout, high ceilings, beautiful views, great amenities, lots of seating for large groups, cozy fireplaces (2), pool table and bar area, large hot tub, great deck with chairs and grill. Three of the 4 bedrooms have their own attached bathroom and king bed. The 4th bedroom has a queen bed and access to the upstairs bathroom (or, they can use the separate bathroom in the lower level). Lots of parking – 2 car garage, with 2 car spots on the drive apron. The view of the slopes at Winter park was great! The Location is really nice. Just minutes from everything in Fraser and Winter Park. Just about 10 minute drive from Winter Park Ski Resort and 20 minute drive from Granby Ranch Ski Resort. We cooked a couple meals and felt we had all the supplies needed for that! Lots of towels for the baths and the hot tub! We really enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend it for anything traveling with a big family or group of friends!

Beautiful 3 story cabin

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin the week leading up to New Years. Communication with Cassie was easy and she was very quick to respond. The cabin is three levels however you can enjoy most of the cabins features on the main level without having to go up and down stairs once inside. There are beautiful windows along the south facing walls on all three levels. Cassie also provided an abundance of towels, blankets and pillows. The cabin also has very large bedrooms and lots of additional space to store luggage without feeling cramped. Main Floor: kitchen/dining area, main living room with fireplace and TV, garage access, front door access, balcony access, washer/dryer in mud room with shelving, half bath, king bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Top Floor: king bedroom, queen bedroom, a daybed with trundle in an open/loft area and a shared bathroom for this level. Lower Floor: king bedroom with en-suite, secondary living area with fireplace and TV, pool table, hot tub access, additional full bathroom. We would absolutely recommend this cabin and hope to visit again!

Wedding destination

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! It was immaculately clean and very warm and inviting! Worked out beautifully having so many bedrooms and bathrooms and 3 floors! We had our daughter and her bridesmaids have their hair and makeup done here and it worked out so well! We will definitely stay here again! The host is so kind and very quickly responded to any questions! Fabulous experience!
