River View Chalet is located in a multi-level mountain condominium building. While the community is generally very quiet, you may occasionally hear normal footsteps from the unit above, as is common in many Colorado condos. For your comfort, we've provided fans and white noise machines in both bedrooms. The entire condo will be yours to use and enjoy. The deck is perfect for listening to the river, enjoying a meal, or sipping your morning coffee. If you are lucky you might even spot a moose. Self check-in for convenient arrivals. Code for the front door will be provided before check-in.
Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am to respect our neighbors and community.
Please note that mountain weather can change quickly, so pack layers year-round.
