The condo was renovated in 2022, and has a high quality that will not disappoint - new floors, new deep leather couches, new rugs, new bedroom furniture and beds, new linens! Warm and inviting, there is a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living room gas fireplace and private balcony with mountain views to enjoy. The kitchen has seating at the table for 6 and also a breakfast bar with seating for two, a great place for a morning coffee. The living room has two very comfy leather sofas, a cozy fireplace and a large HDTV. The dining room is open to the living room, allowing you to enjoy each others company as much as you would like.

There are two large bedrooms, each with a dedicated bathroom. The master bedroom is off the living area and is quite large, it holds a king bed, closet, side tables and desk, so you can unpack and put your items away. Or course, the master bedroom has a private bathroom with a tub/shower and plenty of extra linens. The second bedroom is down the hall from the main living area, offering a quiet location for kids and adults alike. The room is large, and holds full-sized bunkbeds and a queen bed, as well as an HDTV.

Location: No matter when you are visiting Winter Park area, you will be able to experience everything great about the area from this Waterside West condo. Just down the hill, within easy walking distance, is a Safeway, the cozy local coffee shop and multiple restaurants, distilleries and brew pubs to enjoy. The WP ski route bus comes right down the hill and the famous Fraser tubing hill is visible across the street for some great night activities! There is a brand new ski rental facility nearby, and the Fraser Recreational Center is also close if you want to take a day off of the slopes and enjoy the lazy river! The location is truly ideal, everything you want or need.
